Theo and Sammie , at the ATT in Fridley ,were absolutely amazing! I came in to add a line to my account. Unsure of the process I had a ton of questions and they were patient and answered every single one. Helped with the details of price break down, insurance , accessories for my phone as well as verifying my employee account for my job. I immensely appreciate all the work they did to make this a smooth experience for me, as I am easily overwhelmed

My Galaxy S10 was nearing the end of its life and I tried to do an online help but that person did not provide the right information. So I went to the store at central ave. Bryant was assisting me. He was so polite and patient. He went through the current deal with Samsung, walked me through step by step. He set up my phone, did all the data transfer, even put on the case and screen protector for me. My gosh, he saved me a lot of stress. He deserves a raise! I'm so glad he was there to help. I mentioned that him helping was so much better than going online. I will definitely go back to the store if I have more issues. Thank you Bryant!

I went to a different location (St. Anthony) to pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro and transfer services to AT&T, but was basically turned away by the guy there (Mark). I came to this location, and the manager Sammie went wayyyy above and beyond to not only pre-order the phones but also hook me up with the best deals possible. I was seriously about to pull my hair out of frustration from trying to do the process myself initially online and because of my bad experience with the St. Anthony store. But then Sammie made the whole process so seamless and easy at this location, even with my complex situation. I could quite literally worship the ground that Sammie walks on; I was so happy with her customer service and highly impressed with her multi-tasking and people skills. She deserves the world and more for all the effort she puts in to helping customers.

So I've been dealing with Sammie and she is amazing.

I left my phone in a Lyft in August. The driver did not respond for 2 days, so I reported the phone lost/stolen. Asurion said they would send out a new one right away and all I needed to do was activate it, and pay the $250 deductible attached to the regular bill.

However, we currently live in an extended stay hotel, and the package, while delivered to the front desk, did not get delivered to us. The Lyft driver finally brought my old phone back after 4 days, but now it was blacklisted from the network and now Asurion refused to send another out. So we headed to the AT&T store, and met Sammie.

Sammie understood the situation immediately, and un-blocked my old phone. Unfortunately, it locked again almost immediately, so Sammie went to bat for us with Asurion.

It took a month, a loaner phone, a staff member at the hotel finally finding the new phone Asurion had sent a month later, and several visits with Sammie, but the situation is finally resolved. She even helped us make Asurion keep their word about waiving the deductible since the whole situation was so much hassle.

TL;DR: Cannot recommend Sammie highly enough. 10/10

The manager Sammie was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and quick. I will be going to this AT&T store from now on! A+ service, cannot recommend enough.

I came in a mess with my broken phone but Sammie the manager there was absolutely amazing! She took my broken phone and got me all set up with a new one and took the extra time to help me set it up while helping other customers! The girls here have great attitudes and are more than willing to help with whatever you need. 10/10

Sammie is a great manager! I come in often just to see her and get her help! She is great at multitasking and going above and beyond her role and title to make sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied. I highly recommend going to see Sammie in Fridley for all your needs!

I believe her name was Sam or Samantha, if I remember correctly. I'm so bad with names. Ahhh!! BUT she was the sweetest! I'm not good with technology despite my age, but she was very patient while I tried to figure out what she was trying to explain to me. I've never had good luck with that sort of thing but she made the experience less frustrating which is difficult because I'm a very hot headed woman! Five stars all the way! :)

The new ladies running this store have been super helpful at helping me fix tech issues on my new phone. They were also able to find me a discount based on where I work. Their customer service was excellent, friendly & professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location for your cell phone needs.

I stopped here to replace my sim card today. The store manager provided excellent help to replace the sim card, he also informed me that my current monthly payment is the same for the unlimited data plan. so he switched that for me. Great service!

While I believe most phone companies are all the same, it’s the customer service component that make one company stand out from another. I was so impressed with the assistant manager, Samantha, at this Friday store, that it compelled me to write a review specifically for her. I had to bring my 84 year old mother in for a change of address. While making that change, Samantha noticed a charge on my mother’s account that didn’t sync with her typical monthly charges. Samantha took the time to investigate and ultimately resolve the billing issue for my mother. She displayed such patience and compassion during the process that it made my heart smile. Thank you, Samantha... you are truly what makes a company great and I am so grateful that we were in your very capable and professional hands.

Evan was so helpful and efficient, getting us the best deals for our plan. I also noticed that he made it a point to address everyone in the store letting them know they will be helped as soon as possible. Very friendly, positive attitude, and amazing customer service.

My wife and I were having issues with our cell phone. We both get off work at 6:30 so we rushed to the store as quickly as we could. We got there about 5 minutes before closing. Darius stayed about 15 minutes late getting my wife's phone working again. We're very happy with the support :)

Samantha and Charlie are best, they helped us with every question we asked. They are very kind and nice. They helped us set up everything on our phones and got our Bluetooth working as well. We were able to have good conversation as well with Charlie and Samantha and they are very friendly to us.
