Great experience at Menards. I ordered a door and was very specific with the young lady about the door swing. The door came incorrect after 08 weeks waiting. Regardless Menards manager ordered a new door and no hassle
To me other than waiting again. Very pleased with the service at Menards, anyone can make an error.

A very wonderful place, everything that comes to your mind in terms of home products, furniture, decorations, bathrooms, kitchens, and supplies. It is really a very, very good thing. I hope everyone visits this place.

My husband died and when we cleaned his 4 car garage we had over abundance of returns and no receipts they were very patient and it took hours to go through everything it was almost $2500 now I can fix up the house in case I have to sell

My go-to place for high-quality, low-cost snacks, cleaning supplies, and furnace filters. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

Way better than Blaine store very kind employees

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, I've been building a new room in my basement with very little experience, and have often been in over my head, and Menards employees have been able to answer all my questions the whole way through. Here are some examples of good service I've received:

-I bought a new light fixture, opened up the installation instructions at home, and could not find the mounting bracket anywhere in the box. I took it back to Menards and returned it, and tried grabbing another one of the same, and it was also missing the mounting bracket. I asked an employee in the electrical department for help, and he was able to determine that a different part that didn't look like the mounting bracket in the instructions was actually the mounting bracket; the manufacturer had just changed to a different kind of mounting bracket and not updated the instructions. I took it home and installed it with no trouble.

-I needed a washer to repair a faucet. I brought in the old one, and could not find an equivalent one at Menards. I asked an employee, and showed me one of the same size, but I was concerned, because the one I brought in had a little lip around the edge, and the one this guy showed me did not. He assured me that it would work. I took it home, somewhat skeptically, and it worked.

-I was installing a shelf, and needed a particular screw that would be short enough not to go through the shelf, but which had a large enough head not to slip through the hole in the bracket. An employee opened up several packages of screws to hold them up to my the board and bracket I was buying, an was able to help me find exactly the right size.

The bottom line is that not only is the staff at this Menards more helpful than the employees at other big-box hardware stores I've been to, they're the most knowledgeable and professional staff that I've dealt with at any retailer of any kind.

I come here almost weekly with someone who is remodeling their house. The staff is INCREDIBLY patient, helpful, and friendly every single time I have been in the store. They are always willing to work with us for a long time to show us things around the store and answer all questions to make sure the customer is happy. I cannot rave about the employees enough!

Always great service. The team is knowledgeable. If I need to find something, I just look for a blue shirt, and they direct me. Prices are competitive, and the products are quality.

We love shopping there all the time.

I want to thank Mike B. Store Mangr. & Rebecca at the Fridley local. I had trouble with a defect on the Broan range hood recently purchased. Mike B. was kind & understanding of the hassle it would have been for us to remove the defective hood vent. Rebecca was very courteous & helpful as well with the situation. Also Danny-mngr in Millwork did not want to be bothered, & said we had to bring it in!!

Great experience this morning as I was shopping at Menards today Stacie had a positive great friendly attitude and I have shops here multiple times and felt uncomfortable in the store thank you Stacie for making me feel welcome

10.20.2020 snow storm Twin Cities well I went to purchase a snow blower in the store.

Online I was informed that it was a display item only available but would get full warranty. No problem right?

Wrong Step told me I couldn’t purchase and it’s only for online, confused I’m like how? She continues to refuse to sell to me, I ask for a store manager and she walk away.

I go to the front of the store and requested a manager(Megan) and gave her the rundown and immediately she says you can purchase it.

Lucus is called to assist me and he says no he wouldn’t sell it.
Back to Megan and explain that I was told once again NO.She made a call and a few moments later my snow blower is brought up to me.

I was told to go to a different store!🤦🏾‍♀

I just wanted to shout Megan out for her awesome customer service.

I had a good experience. I asked for help finding an item. They did a great job of helping. I was in and out quickly. Nothing to complain about.

I got in, found all the things needed for faucet replacements and got out in a timely fashion. I had no long lines to deal with which was great. The $20 rebate was a big plus also!

The customer service was just extraordinary the people that worked there are fantastic alcohol shop there all the time and will be my permit start to go to from now on everything is well took in care of neatly put away not a mess just beautiful I love going on and it's organized thank you for such great service I'll tell all my friends

The grand finale of treatment by this young man - cart guy- hard worker- polite guy, was that when I came out of the store, I was parked by the cart area. Loading my car, Nick came up to me,, said, "Let me help you" started quickly unloading my large purchase into the back of my truck. I thanked him numerous times. He was very polite and it was like this was every day helpful, hardworking, kindness that he practices. Nick. Nick was phenomenal. Nick is very strong physically too.
There was a hard working cart person outside. I entered store, grabbed cart before through the gate. Nick. Nick was the name on his name tag. He opened the latch on the gate to allow me to enter. I should have taken cart on other side. He told me where products were I was looking for.. Then I did not see him again until he helped me load my vehicle. Great guy. He deserves commendation. I came in to purchase a door and was helped by Veronica. She was truly patient and knowledgeable. She helped look up several doors that I had questions about and she made sure that the one I special ordered was correct. When I was looking at key pads, she even offered to help too. Overall, Veronica was really helpful in helping me with my purchase, keep up the great work!
