This thief made my coworker uncomfortable and when I asked her not to do that because its unnecessary, she walked out stealing her print outs, already notified sheriff but want other ups stores to beware this person who has issues clearly.

Efficient, good customer service and gets the job done. I've used them for dropoffs and packing of items to ship. I've never had a bad experience and have come here for five years.

Every time I come here, it’s always been to drop off an Amazon return. Yesterday, it was a pair of goth boots that were (sadly, *sniffle*) a hair too small for me. These were big, knee-high boots and so they had a big, knee-high shoebox to go along with them. The seller on Amazon said that returns for shoes must be packaged in a larger box—no just wrapping up the shoebox and slapping a label on it. I don’t have a box that big just lying around. So I brought my label with me as I lugged this heavy pair of foot candy, and when I got there, the wait was short; I was being helped within five minutes. When I explained the situation, the guy at the counter said, “Okay,” like, “Yeah, of course I can do that for you.” I mean, he wasn’t talkative, but he wasn’t rude.

Note: A lot of people are saying the people are rude. I’m not here to discredit their experiences, because we all experience things differently, but I can say that I’ve never gotten that vibe from anyone here, and I’ve used this place for a few years now.

The guy pulled out a tape measure, got the dimensions on the box, and quietly began to input something on the computer. I was expecting some exorbitant fee for box plus packing services, so I kind of tensed up as he began to ring me up. I’ve seen some boxes (like a laptop or tablet box) go for $20 and upwards at FedEx, and I don’t know how much other places charge to pack something for you, to be perfectly honest, because I usually pack stuff myself. All in all, it was ~$5–the cost of a box big enough to fit around the shoebox. No packing service fees, nothing, so it looks like I’ll be getting closer to a full refund on my goth boots than I thought I would... which helps to justify the other pair of goth boots I bought that actually fit.

Charlie has some great news employees and a wonderful store! Thanks The UPS store. I highly recommend this UPS store in the entire Bay Area. They are very nice and good at what they do!!

All of the gentlemen who work at this store are professional, helpful and courteous. My experience is that they are super patient even when there's a long line of people with varying needs and requests. I have a mailbox there and also ship packages occasionally. I have always had a very positive experience.

A small store in Montecito Plaza, next to Trader Joe's that can sometimes be busy, but with wait times usually no more than 5 minutes--except during Christmas season.

I've used them for express shipment of document, notary public, and fingerprinting (for professional license federal requirements). For express mailings they're actually a bit quicker than the larger FEDEX/Kinko's up the street, and with much easier parking.

I hate the waiting to pick up packages. There should be a speedy line for those who pay a substantial amount for a mail box. I often find myself in a long line while the clerk is busy with some lengthy notary client.

The mailbox and shipping work should be quick moving. The notary work is like an anchor that infuriates me. I have had leave several times. I am writing this as I wait in line.

Open for its mailboxes only. No employees present so you cannot drop off an Amazon return or ship a package. The upside I will say that every time I’ve been to this location the employees have been professional and extremely courteous. Too bad about the mistake in posting their hours.

The workers were very nice but the owner was very rude. I had an auction purchase of two perfume bottles from a local auction. The quote for shipping was $85.00 which I thought was high for two small bottles. I asked him if he would waive the $5.00 pick up fee since other UPS stores in the past had waived the pick-up fee for first-time customers. He said no and when I tried to discuss it he then added "if you don't like our quote you can go with PakMail" and then hung up on me.

I was the only one in the store and just needed to drop off a prepaid package. The employee, Fernanda, was flustered and couldn’t figure out first how to scan it, then enter things correctly in the computer, then came the problem of printing the receipt. I told her I didn’t need it, then she she got short with me and said no we can’t do that; I’m trying just wait. Of course I asked if there was a manager that could help, and she was the only incompetent employee there. 20 minutes later she called someone and got it working. It’s ridiculous that you’d have someone there alone that can’t do her job.
