Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell Service Center

First time bringing in my car for service and so far my experience has been exceptional. Special shout-out to Franca Marciano who is transparent on what you need and keeps you updated on when your car will be ready and how long everything will take.

There’s also an area where you can sit down and wait with numerous outlets available for those like me who need to catch up on work.

Highly recommend getting your car service at this location!

I had a noise coming from the front of my suv and they were able to identify the issue easily. They made the repairs perfectly and in a timely manner.

Shane was very helpful for picking out the sprinter for my company he was very patient and helped us understand everything that we needed to know

Service was good. However, not happy with assembly of my car. When it was assembled, someone crimped an O ring on the line from the window washer unit to the rear window. It resulted in leaks in my garage, which stained the floor and my car being in the dealership for 13 days while it was basically taken apart and reassembled. At assembly point, there needs to be more quality checks.

I always have a Great experience at Caldwell Mercedes . The service dept is prompt efficient in getting my vehicle back to me !

As usual the service is exceptional. I had a flat on my way home from work in the morning. Roadside assistance put the spare on but I needed to replace the tire in order to continue going to work.
I was tired from working and when I got there without an appointment July 3rd, my Franca as usual saved me. She took my keys and told me to go relax in the lounge. I had my toddler with me. We both feel asleep and when we got up our car was ready. We had to replace 2 tires but I trust the recommendation of the facility. We left happy and rested.
I didn’t have to worry about driving my daughter with a spare on the highway.

Service was perfect Dealing with Silvana made it so easy .. she was great and always Mike Fumai makes sure I get the best service

MB Caldwell has many exceptional friendly advisors. This time the Manager Chris was handling my Mercedes 560e major body repairs over $30K. Other than that he is one of the best Mercedes experts, he responded to my calls or requests quickly “each and every time” with his special warm text messages in “all capitalized letters”. Once in a while, you may need your Mercedes body work, don’t search further but just call Chris.

Waldo was very helpful and went the extra mile to get mi Sprinter van fixed.

It was a very smooth process. Zero complaints. Very happy with the service provided.

George Duran is a professional service advisor. He explained to me the condition of the car well and what work was done. He is very courteous and friendly. Mercedes Benz is lucky to have an employee like George.

Truly more than my expectations. Check engine light is on, I had contacted technician adviser, brought the car in and problem is solved for the next day. This is my favorite technician adviser. she always nice to me and take care my car. Her name is Franca. She is very friendly. Every time I came for service, I don’t have to worry for nothing. This is all about trusting her and service department as well. Come to see Franca is come to have 5 stars.
