Graeter's Ice Cream

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can test a flavor if you wish.
Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip is my favorite flavor. The chips are huge, they should call them chunks.
They currently have Peppermint Stick, it is only Available Late November through December Only.
The Bakery Goods look great. They must have had about a hundred pre-orders for Christmas waiting to be picked up.

Came in 30min before close (I hate being that guy) but 3 ladies walked in so me and my friend went on in. Place was clean and people didn't seem to irritated about us coming in late. Me and my friend both got cones with 2 dips of ice cream. I don't think we was in there 5 minutes and out the door we went. Fast efficient service, and as usual ice cream was great!

Delicious ice cream! Was able to have a Sundae for the first time in years, and Graeter's did not disappoint! Excellent selection, many great flavors, very nice and patient employees. Store also had fresh baked goods (cookies, pies, bread) and various chocolate options. Well worth a visit! 😋

Best ice cream. Also celebrated Veterans Day with free cones to Veterans. So great for my husband....army veteran.

The ice cream is obviously pretty great - to include this one dip Boldly Bearcat sundae. The 5 stars is for the service - absolutely fantastic, friendly, and patient. Thank you again!

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a smile, and helped and checked out in a timely matter. The staff is very nice and polite. I came for the winter mix tea cookies, and I put together a little treat bowl for my friends and family to enjoy! I will continue to come to this location when I’m the area!

Kudos to the young staff for going above and beyond. I took my family to get ice cream and left my wallet. A staff member found me on social media and sent me a private message that they had it. I am so thankful. There are still good honest people in this world. Also, the ice cream isn’t so bad either. Boldly Bearcat for the win!

Delicious treats as always. I may not be from Cincinnati, but my kids are and we all love it.

All the locations are the same. Friendly, welcoming staff. Merchandise and displays are tasteful. And of course the best part, the ice cream to die for. Be sure not to overlook their baked goods, also mouth watering. We like to walk here as a family for some satisfying quality time. We always leave happy.

Great service and delicious Ice cream! Isn't the cheapest if you're on a budget, but a one scoop sugar cone is 3.75. my favorite, the brownie sundae (I recommend it with mocha chip or black raspberry chip ice cream) is 6.25

This is a awesome place and the best ice cream. The staff has built a relationship with me and knows me by name and I know them by name. It's almost like they look out the window to greet me as soon as I walk in. They give me excellent service and always build rapport with me.I would recommend this place to anyone.Thanks to Nicole,Brianna,Val,Danielle,Austin,Maddie,Jordan.They are model employees.Its not just about the Ice Cream but the experience.

I really love Graeters ice cream!!! Every flavor I have ever tried has been scrumptous!!! When I get a taste for a cone Graeters is where I head to. I also enjoy their donuts and other pasteries!!!! I give their coffee a thumbs up! It is much better than STARBUCKS!! Starbucks is way over priced and rge flavors are bland!! Graeters is a 10+ in all categories!!!! I will be going in very soon!!!!!

Great ice cream and great service. This place has been remodeled and looks wonderful. Also ordered a dozen raspberry chip donuts since they will not be sold after this weekend!

We all scream for Ice Cream! Got to love this Cincinnati hometown favorite. Graeter's does excellent ice cream and if you're on the Westside then you can't go too wrong heading here for your frozen fix!

Graeter's is always awesome, especially after playing some put-put next door. I'd suggest getting the 1870 tower, which has black raspberry chocolate chip on a mini chocolate cake and fudge - so good.

Really miss this place! It has always had amazing service and amazing ice cream. We brought a service animal into the place today and they even gave him some Frozen Paws ice cream. Really enjoyable experience.

Great staff. Always helpful with suggestion and knowledgeable about their product. I go to this location a lot to get bulk orders for friends out of state and they do a fantastic job

The staff here are very friendly. I have always gotten exceptional service. And well it's Graeter's so the ice cream is the best in the City!
