I have purchased boots and other accessories here several times over the years and it is always a great experience. If you are a first time customer or returning you will get top notch service. Toby will make sure to take care of you and make sure you have the right boot for the job. Shout outs to Nina who battled for almost a year to get a specific boot in that I wanted. The boots could not be ordered online and were hard to get from HQ. She diligently tried to get them in for me. if your lucky to see the 2 black labs puppers then that’s a treat as well!

The store owner recommended another size and width of a boot we ususlly purchase. We needed it a half size larger but it is not made in half sizes. The size and width he recommended was a perfect fit.

Ordered boots to replace my current pairs. Was notified they arrived and picked them up. Toby has been a pleasure to do business with!

I frequent this store for my needs a lot. Red Wing is unique because any feature set you need in a workboot, Red Wing makes it and you only need to go to one store to get it, instead of shopping all over town, and Red Wing is one of, if not the, most well made boots without spending for some custom handmade boots.

This store has an owner that goes over the top for you. I'm constantly stunned by how absolutely helpful he is, everytime I deal with him. After you've given up on the idea of customer service in the retail world, every blue moon you run into a small business like this that defies the notion that customer service is dead. That's one of the reasons I keep going back.

This is by far the friendliest and most professional Red Wing shoe store I've ever been to. The people here are very nice and very courteous. They have state-of-the-art equipment to measure your feet to ensure you get the best fitting pair of shoes or boots. There is a large selection of footwear to choose from. The prices are very good. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for your next pair of work boots or work shoes. In fact if you need shoes or boots for leisure check this place out.

I've now bought 4 pair of Redwing boots from this location, I won't go anywhere else. The staff are very knowledgeable and will have you leaving in the best fitting boots for you.

Went to another red wing store in 128 and got messed around with got told they had to get the boots off of the truck and they would be there the next day and they wasnt even the right size then they said they'd order them and it would be a couple days. Walked into here and felt welcomed the owners are amazing people very friendly he got me into a new pair of the Irish settlers and he was extremely helpful. Definitely has my business for now on

I have used this location for many years. I buy most of my boots here. I have stayed with Red Wing most of my adult life. You can get free laces each time you visit. Staff are the best. Always able and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy.

Extremely helpful and pleasant! Unfortunately the boots I needed were backordered until late October. They are American made and the factory did not reopen until mid August! I ordered what I needed, got the promotional $30 off and they will ship them to me! Definitely do business there again!

Our girlfriend needed better work shoes they were friendly and listened to her issues to find best options. We used her employee union discount and saved good money.

So I went in to find a new pair of work boots and needed to be fitted for them then since I got a pair off of amazon but they didn’t fit right and hurt my toe. So I went in and they fitted me and I walked out with a pair of 405s, they were very comfortable I just was forced to return them because of the soles being too slippery, they gave me a different set too try but I ended up not wearing them because the fit wasn’t right and they didn’t have the size up so they gave me a different boot and I wore them for 2 weeks and overall were high quality but was just too hot for my feet so I called and asked for a refund since I decided to just go back wearing my timberlands that I know works for me, there customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced from any company, I am very picky when it comes to shoes and if they would have had more In my size I’m sure something would have worked out. I would recommend them to anyone to try them out

Nice little shoe store, with a friendly helpful staff. Technology used to gage my feet( narrow, high arches). Also was greeted with puppy hugs of the on-site labradors. 😆💖

Friendly staff let me try on several models and special order what I wanted without requiring anything but my phone number. Got in quick, and got a friendly call letting me know my boots were in. Product is excellent quality. Good value.

Came to the store from another red wing location because they had the specific kind of shoe I needed for work. Was sold a slightly worn pair with 30% great purchase an deal.

I recently changed to this Red Wing branch. I bought a new style that was a little big after a month of wearing them. I went back and they helped me get the right size and exchanged them with no problems. They were super helpful and friendly.
