Big Lots

I haven't been in this big lots for a very long time. This is such a nice store. The lady working the cash register was the nicest and most friendly person. Her happy attitude made everyone smile. I don't see her name on the receipt but she was awesome. I will be going back!!

Went to Big Lots and walked out with a entertainment center with a fake fireplace. I'm choosing to leave off the doors because I want to showcase what will be on my shelves. It was on sale, which was not bad at all. Thanks everyone that assisted me, it fits perfectly in the space I had picked out, we love it...🤓💕 Now I have to find a white bookshelf...📚

Very good customer service, the lady at register was very welcoming and said hello to everyone and doing her register duties, so I would definitely go there for deals

Clean store, very well organized and very reasonable prices, the employees are knowledgeable of the store and very friendly.

Big Lots has upped their game of merchandise they carry. I remember when Big Lots used to be like Ollie's, pretty much junk and almost expired food items. Now they have some quality stuff, including furniture.

Had an issue with furniture. When you're tested is when you shine. They took care of us and went above and beyond. I'd buy from here again without hesitation. Excellent service and a great selection at a good price. Courtesy is lost in retail and Nicole (the GM) still gets it.

Cynthia and I often joke about big lots is one of our favorite stores. We’ve also added Home Depot and several others to that list but we always get a laugh about big lots. We love the place.
