I like to go there for grocery shopping. Everyone that works in the store is nice. Once they made a mistake where they were supposed to refund because I didn’t purchase the item and the cashier mentioned that he had returned it and I should have received the refund but I had not received it after 10 days I had went into the store and they processed the refund and looked at the cashier s name as well so the hat he doesn’t repeat the same mistake again.

Amanda L, at the customer service desk, was phenomenal. Super helpful, very professional and patient with all my requests I had first thing in the morning. James, the cashier, was also amazing. He made sure I had help at the customer service desk and got me what I needed to send cash to my mother. Please reward these team members. Both true assets! Thank you, Amanda L and James!!

The fried chicken is every bit as good as KFC
And you can get the best sweet tea ever Milo's. If only they had the purple (sweetest) tea. As it is they have devoted some milk space to Milo's Tea, which needs a tiny bit more sugar (who am I kidding, a tiny bit to me is like a cup) that is why we need purple tea

Not crowded. Easy to find everything. Very helpful employees.

This particular Albertsons location (on Mission in Oceanside California) is deserving of 5 stars, if not more. Not only are the products fresh and affordable, the current staff are stellar!

Our particular favorites are their own ice cream brands when they're on sale; meats, seafood, and produce are always fresh; the fabulous fried chicken at the Deli section is freshly cooked to perfection.

The cashiers and baggers are very friendly. We absolutely lllllove Deli staff member CONNIE - whom we will never forget because of her genuine courtesy and infectious smile. Eager to help and sooo professional. This is the exemplary kind of professional service that all customer service stores should follow (not all Albertsons are the same)... frankly, if all businesses were run as efficiently as Connie runs the Deli at this Albertsons location, people would actually enjoy grocery shopping more - it's like the old days when people were more easy going Ann's kind with each other. CONNIE (as well as the staff here at this Albertsons) are indicative of excellent customer service. Wish all other Albertsons grocery chains can function that way - but not all of them do!

Once again Albertsons have met, and exceeded my expectations!!! Besides having a clean, sanitary environment with proper sanitation stations for carts, and customers alike, (which is very important these days if I do say so myself)

Nice friendly cashiers, workers. Not too busy. Download Just for U store app, play monopoly for many coupons. I order online pickup service often. It saves me time. I can clip coupons in the app. Clean, well organized, well stocked store. My favorite store to shop in Oceanside. I buy my son Hotwheels and cars here if we go in the store to shop.

Love the hot deli. Their salads are delicious and the mango habanero chicken highly recommend.

Albertsons was the only store open today. Which I'm thankful for. I understand people need days off.

The best store for me .. , i can find everything with out asking the employees ... + every time I go into one .., the employees are always nice and friendly and the store's look good... 👍👍

It's got about everything, very organized but prices keep going up. I use to get a white 1 layer butter cream iceing cake for $5.99 now there $9.99 that's a large increase. Cashiers are nice, I think there overworked. Deli lady is super nice.

The customer service is awesome. I mistakenly got into the express line w/o counting my items but the checker said it was no problem! All staff were incredibly courteous as well as helpful. Kudos to all!

Easy parking; friendly helpful employees; even using the restroom was simple. Not too crowded, only 2 lanes open for checkout but that was a good call based on # people.

Ralphs didnt have meatloaf sliced or whole, so i went to Albertson and was rewarded with the last whole meatloaf plus a bunch of innovate salads for a grocery store like tomatoes, capalleni, capers and olive oil

My husband and I love this store. They are very welcoming and the staff is superb. My husband has a lot of physical challenges and they are so supportive. They have a wonderful deli and meat section.

This store is clean and well stocked with good produce and meat/seafood departments. Unlike some stores it doesn't have a self check out facility which can be a drawback. There is a pharmacy and liquor department as well to make it a one-stop shopping center under a single roof.
