Chris and Daniel were the best! I think they’re fabulous! I really appreciate their honesty, their integrity and then making sure that I was taking care of. They were professional neat and did their job in a timely fashion. We will definitely be calling personal plumbing back in the future and asking for Daniel and Chris personally. We also appreciate the reasonable rates!

Recently had to have our water heater checked out on a Friday and Personal Plumbing not only came out quickly to diagnose the problem, but they were able to replace out water heater the same day so we didn't have to go without hot water over the weekend. The two plumbers who arrived at our house were fantastic, they were friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Personal Plumbing!

I chose Personal Plumbing after my water heater broke and flooded my garage. They came out same day and got me set up with a new water heater within 24hrs. Eric was great and was open and honest with everything he recommended. He was very knowledgeable and made sure things were done right and safe for my family. He explained every single step and issue with our furnace in plain language, no confusing technical terms, arrived on time, performed the service most expeditiously and assisted us with all the paperwork. I greatly appreciate the services provided by Ramces, Ed, and Daniel over two separate visits to provide initial repair and subsequent long-term solutions. Ramces and Daniel were amazing! They fixed our leak immediately and gave us the best price! We were quoted $4,500 with a different company. I called on Wednesday because my heater didn’t seem to be throwing any hot air out. They came out on Thursday and checked things over, took pictures of the interior of the furnace and I decided to have a new one installed. Friday morning the technicians came out and installed it within three hours and everything is now working fine and I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Will was a fantastic HVAC technician that tuned up our system. He was neet, clean and extremely careful in our home with all his ladders, tools and other equipment. I watched him do a diligent inspection and made some clear and most importantly honest recommendations to extend the life of our 2 heaters and A/C units.

Wanted to comment about what a good job these guys did. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they will do it right and keep you informed during the entire job. Also, after I saw what they had to do (trench my bathroom to get to my disintegrated pipes)… I see why the cost was what it was; it looked super difficult and very labor intensive. I had a few extra added in as well and am very happy with all they did! They also I sent a house cleaner post job.
These guys are trustworthy and I will only use them for plumbing issues here on out.

I was very happy with my experience with Personal Plumbing. First of all, this company was recommended to me due to their fairness in pricing and their expertise. I was very happy with David who represented Personal Plumbing. He was friendly and informative. As much as I hope I never need a plumber again (hahaha), I will definitely use this company.

Ramces came and inspected all our in home plumbing as part of our new home maintaince pkg. He did a thorough inspection of our cleanouts, thus looking at the inside of our pipes. He made some suggestions of what to do to avoid future issues, but we never felt pressured into jumping and getting things done right away. He explained everything he did and how our plumbing worked in detail. It was really good helpful info, we look forward to using Ramces and Personal Plumbing in the years ahead.

Very happy with the service call. The tech spent a good amount of time checking all aspects of my heating and A/C and made several recommendations that I had no idea about. This week another person will come with further information and bid. I signed up for the yearly plan but so far very impressed with their detail and professionalism.

Today we had both our HVAC and tankless water heater serviced. I was impressed with the ease of setting up the appointment, the calls to alert me the technicians.were on the way, and the professionalism of their technicians. Oh my goodness I am so happy with this company I called them and they were out the very next morning. I had been without water for the last 12 hours and grateful that they could come out first thing in the morning. The price was reasonable and in fact less than I was expecting and they had everything fixed within a half an hour. I will definitely be using them in the future

When we were alerted that we had thousands of gallons of water leaking from places unknown, I’m glad I was able to get Personal Plumbing out. I hadn’t used them before and only had online reviews (like this) to help me decide who to call. They arrived quickly and found and addressed the issue with my leak. They came in with knowledge and wisdom of years of experience and were quick to provide sound advice or go the extra mile in every way they could. I’ve never had a plumber or plumbing company I would call back as my go-to before, but glad I have one now.

A pinhole leak inside the wall - copper pipe plumbing from the 1960s – left me with a completely demolished bathroom and torn out kitchen cabinets. To prevent future catastrophes, I decided to have my house and detached garage replumbed. I called Bob Muller at Personal Plumbing, based on exceptional work they’ve done for me in the past. The six guys worked as an efficient and experienced team, determining the best route for the PEX pipe, preparing access through the drywall, running the pipe and then wrapping it with insulation. They carefully protected my furnishings and floors while working, and removed every crumb of debris when they finished. They did an outstanding and professional job.

Had an AC unit installed and an old furnace replaced. These guys did great work at a very fair price. Customer service and annual check-ups have been very easy. Excellent service and workmanship.
