Murphy law has hit this military wife hard the pas week!! When my husband is gone, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong! I’m in a rental because my 2022 minivan has been at at the dealership awaiting diagnostic for 15 days. The rental gets a HUGE nail in the tire, I take it to the closest place American Tire to be fixed. I drop it off and tell them get to it when you can. It was literally done within 30 min and I received a text message. I returned to pick up my car and they must’ve known I needed a WIN, I needed a BLESSING!!!

I have always had amazing service here! Recently I was able to take my tire in on my lunch break and have a new one put on and installed right after work. I highly recommend them!

The best service I ever had ! The times I have come in are because i had a nail in my tire or a flat. Jose and Omar are always so welcoming and friendly. Even though at times it seems busy they always take good care of you . Rick always has the best attitude and makes sure my car is safe to drive especially because I have an 2 year old and The vending machine has the BEST snacks while you’re waiting .

I had a nail on my tire for maybe over a week now and I finally decided to take it to a shop nearby. This shop was great! I didn’t had any appointment and I just walked in when they had opened up. They were able to patch up my tire in due time. Took less than 30 mins. And they even helped filled up my washer fluid (which has been empty for almost a month). The staff were very friendly and helpful. And best part is they patch my tire with no cost. So definitely recommend this place!! 👍🏼

Called an hour before coming in to see if there was availability to work on my vehicle. Omar was so friendly and was able to get my vehicle in and turned out I needed about 3-4 hours of work on it, but because of my previous experience at this place, I trusted the process once more and allowed them to do what they needed to do with my vehicle. Yes it was more than I was originally expecting because I thought I only needed 1-2 things done, but Omar explained everything to me and was not shy about discussing the cost. I love coming here not just for the vehicle service but because of the amazing customer service! I waited hours for my vehicle to get finished but it was well worth it. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you.

It may seem that all tire companies are the same, but I assure you they are not, from my experience. This place absolutely cares and they do an amazing job. Every time I've been there the customer service is phenomenal.

Great service team! We are from out of town. Had an issue come up on our day of departure on our Honda Odyssey. The team at American Tire Depot looked at our car quickly, and fixed our issue fast. Helped us get safely on the road! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Matthew was amazing. I had a nail in my tire and everywhere else was sold out of the tires I needed. Matthew not only had the tires but also got the job done fast and efficiently. Highly recommend him.

American Tire Depot was a very amazing experience, know what they were talking about, gave great recommendations, and were very enthusiastic about their job. Shout out to Omar for being a very good employee, hope too see them again when I need to buy new tires or another alignment.

I called to ask American Tire Depot about ordering a tire for my SUV, as my tire light had come on. Jose suggested I come in, and that they could order a new tire that day from the warehouse if mine couldn't be repaired.

From the time I called to inquire to the time I drove out with a new tire: hardly more than 2 hours. Impressive, considering how steadily busy they were.

I will most definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.

Went in for a flat repair right before closing with a tires that was boarder line unrepairable and they were able to squeeze me in at no cost. Yep they did the repair at no cost. Talked to me about the condition of my tires but wasn’t pushy about trying to sell me a set. I’m usually one to support a mom and pop place but I would recommend these guys.

Easily the best customer service I've ever had from a service shop. I called ahead and he said if they can patch the flat (screw in tire), it would be at no cost. I laughed, thinking there's no way that's right and they'll find a way not to fix it and charge me for a full tire. Nope. They patched it, replaced the spare, and filled it back up, for NO cost...and have a lifetime warranty. I asked to pay, and they refused. Good people still exist. Will be back for any car issues. Thank you!

The workers are phenomenal they are incredibly polite and driven individuals. They do an excellent job every time I bring my vehicle here I would highly recommend this shop 🙏

I highly recommend!! They were the only shop that had my tire size in stock! Omar was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a very stressed solo momma they made this process stress free and quick!

American tire depot is fair, and honest. The work was done quickly on my car and they were busy. The manager and the mechanics were very polite. I’ve had my car done here before and I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have visited this shop many times and have had an outstanding experience. The staff especially Jose, are knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me find the perfect set of tires for my car. The service was prompt, and the prices were competitive. The quality of their work is evident in the smooth ride I now enjoy. Amazing service here, all the workers were all polite and were patient enough to hear my concerns and requests. Jose was understanding of my situation that I needed to be back to work the very next day to check in (I just got stationed in San Diego) and got my breaks changed & my re-alignment all done by 1PM. 10/10 spot, I just don’t trust anyone else to take care of my car the way that they do.
