AT&T Store

Today I had the honor of sitting with Jorge for the majority of his shift. It was a long drawn out nightmare that he took care of. His professionalism, courtesy and knowledge helped clear my head. He managed to not only solve the issues, he turned me in to his biggest fan. I can't see going anywhere else when things arise! Thanks Jorge!! I appreciate it more than you know!

This review is long overdue. A little over a month ago, my family moved into a new home. We had issues obtaining Wi-Fi from different companies and finally decided to go with AT&T. It began to look like we were going to continue to have issues with installation, but Ale and Angie got on the phone with a long line of people, keeping us informed along the way. They made it happen. They went above and beyond. I will take my business to their location as much as possible.

If your at the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo and need a phone. Go to Att store and see Mike. He was super helpful, patient and funny. Made my experience very pleasant 👍👍

The store reps Ana and Jorge gave me outstanding service and I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ana was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Jorge provided great suggestions that improved my overall experience and saved me more money. I could not have asked for better service! I am very happy that Ana and Jorge assisted me. Daniel, their supervisor also improved my overall experience with his advice. I will return to this store when I need any assistance or additional lines. Thanks again!

Vivianna O. assisted me today and she is a STAR! Super friendly and helpful! Not only updated my old plan, put me on paperless billing, and installed a new Sim Card…but also answered a phone call and welcomed others to the store with losing her connection with me. Amazing experience!

Joe was a great help updating our account and helping us pick the best options to fit our needs. Really nice and quick, will come back to this location when we need help.

Fantastic customer service.
We came in with an issue that the Apple Store could not help us with. And with luck Vivianna O. was able to get our issue taken care of. And not only were we satisfied, we purchased a new phone too.

The manager (won't provide name) was sooooo super helpful in helping me with my ATT account needs! I was trying to transfer my account for home internet and was told by customer service to come into an att store to fix the problem. I had already gone to a different att store and got no help so had given up and was about to cancel my service. but i am sooooo glad that i decided to walk into this location on a whim! The manager was really thorough and even got corporate on the phone to help figure out what the issue was. My account was all sorts of screwed up so we ended up spending a good amount of time trying to resolve the issues. I am so impressed by the service I received here, and will definitely be coming here again. I really want to give a kudos to the manager, because the service i received is unparalleled.

Staff was extremely helpful with all my questions , greeted me with a warm welcome. Couldn't quite decide what I wanted to get for a new phone but they offered me only the best and on top of that got a good deal with a new 5th generation iPad. I highly recommend this place to anyone who even mentions an AT&T shop ahaha , ask for Andrew or Lindsay they were awesome !!!

The iPhone X was sold out at Apple and the AT&T across the street and I never even knew there was also a AT&T inside the mall! How convenient. They had the exact phone I wanted and other selections compared to the other stores. For sure coming back again

My issue was resolved quickly

It's because of the great service that the associates here continuously provide me that AT&T will always have me as a customer! Friendly and fast service, got me set up with an awesome plan. I'm saving so much money each month!

I went to the bigger store at 31st (outside)the girl there was terrible, so I went to the retail store inside the mall and the 2 young gentlemen were excellent helped me out greatly with my phone updating my contract and the set up... I give them high marks for service

Great customer service. Really helpful with understanding my phone or my bill or anything I have questions with. This is the only ATT that I will use from here on out. They have everything here I need from internet tv home phone and my cell phone and security for your home. Greatest ATT I have ever been too.
