I just received outstanding service from Ryan, at the UPS Store Langhorne, store 967. I was returning sensitive work equipment. Ryan was patient, as I had to call the office multiple times, he was extremely efficient and guided me on the best, most cost effective way to return the items. Thank you Ryan for such a pleasant experience.

Received prompt attention by the associate behind the counter. I was in and out quickly. It is one of the better and nicest UPS stores. I would highly recommend using this hidden gem in the Clemens shopping Center

Just left and had to pack and ship a large exhaust system part to Canada. Worked with Ryan and Frankie who went out of their way to figure out a packing solution. Part was fragile and Ryan assured me it would be handled correctly. I left with confidence that it would be handled correctly.

I went in unprepared for my Amazon return and Ryan was so kind to help me out. He walked through the kiosk and packaged up my stuff for me. Thanks UPS for having kind patient associates.

Every time I've come in here they've treated me extremely well! They always package my things for me, help me find the correct box, and are generally kind. I have never had an issue here and even drive a little further to come to this location because of how I've always been treated.

I had 6 boxes filled with papers. All needed to be shredded. I called on my way, asking if I could have help removing the boxes from my car and carried into the store. Heather suggested I call when I arrived so someone would greet me at my car. Within moments, the boxes were out of my car, weighed and ready to fill the locked containers thru the large envelope sized opening. Extremely secure and private. I was asked if I wanted help or allowing them to empty the boxes so I could pay and be on my way. It became a team effort which I appreciated. 100 pounds of paper!

This store’s employees are by far the kindest and most helpful around. I even went in with a package for Usps and they explained why I couldn’t send from there, and didn’t laugh at me (at least while I was still there 🤣). Ryan helps me with all my returns and there are Many!

Everyone was great! Had notary and fingerprinting done. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will def be back if I need any services. Thank you!

JoAnn was thorough and complete in her handling of our large package! Not only was her quote reasonable over the phone, it did not change when we brought in the item. Furthermore, she and her staff were conscientious, asking all the related questions to get us the best possible delivery options at the best price. This is one of the largest UPS Stores I've been in. They do good business.

Matthew was fast, efficient, and knew what he was talking about. He was super helpful and great at his job. He deserves a raise. Thank you Matthew for all that you do and all the effort you put in to making the customers happy. FASTEST employee I've seen at a shipping store in a long time.

I had a fabulous experience with this store. i had a banner made for a special occasion. I worked with Joann. She spent a great deal of time with me explaining about the banner and working with me. I called her several times to make changes and she was always patient. I was so pleased with the end result. I have done business there for years and will continue to do so. They are a wonderful caring store.

been using this place for over 20 years...mail out bills, print all my labels; basically run my business here and have all my amazon deliveries dropped off here too. safe place, great staff. very happy with this store..

Had to drop off 2 packages to return to Amazon. The person I dealt with was very helpful and courteous. He just had to scan my email return code and print out the labels. Nice and easy. I'd go back there.

Exceptional Service! Matthew provided above and beyond service when we brought in a number of packages, including a large item we couldn't stuff back in original packaging for return. Nice that younger employees can be polite and customer focused!

I have been to this location several times and have been treated with exemplary service. In fact, one day i had just come from the other mail service store in Newtown. (near the Party Store...not UPS) where i was treated like scum, and brought my business over to UPS Summit. They treated me like a queen. Asked me my needs, helped me to piick out the correct size boxes, were patient as i changed my mind, helped me carry all my boxes out to the car. What a difference!

Jenna was very helpful! She let my daughter and I in near closing and helped package our item. It’s always nice to be treated kindly, thank you Jenna.

Got to stop by on the way and by reading the reviews was little scared that my time will be wasted and for horrible experience. But nope, Ryan helped, was very knowledgeable and polite and I was in and out in no time! Thank you Ryan! Great customer service!!!

Was in a rush this morning and walked in with my package , the shipping label wasn’t tapped on and the package wasn’t tapped shut howeve the women just grabbed it from me, said she would take care everything. Amazing customer service and much appreciated.

I've been here twice in the last year to ship Amazon returns. I guess they read the reviews in here, because they were super nice to me each time. Didn't even try to charge me to tape up an open box! :)

I've been here a few times and I had a wonderful experience with all the employees. (Sorry I don't remember their names) quick and easy to get the things you need to shipped.
