T-Mobile in Summit Square, Langhorne is by far the best T-Mobile location that I’ve ever dealt with! Omer and Ryan were professional, pleasant and helpful as soon as we walked in the door when we went to upgrade to the new iPhone. They had everything we needed in stock. They were quick and followed through on all promises of discounts and promotions that would be applied to my account. I will never shop at another location- they are hands down the best!

Traded in / upgraded my phone here and Eli was so helpful and patient! It took a while to transfer my old phone to my new one, and I was thankful they saw it through instead of just having me leave without my old data. I’d come back to this location!

Amazing experience here at this location. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan and Omer were able to answer all our questions and truly made us feel at home. This is the only location that I will be attending. 10/10

We had a great experience at this location. They were helpful, reviewed what I already had, gave us our options, explained exactly what we were getting, and got the new line added and set up quickly. I would go there again.

This store is the best there is because of its staff. Had the brand new z4 fold from an incredible deal I received on black Friday. B4 the year was over, the folding screen broke. I returned to the store who honored the previous deal. Upgraded the phone to the new s23 and helped me utilize the insurance on the z4 to replace it. Total cost -$3.00 a month. I won't go anywhere else

This store has EXCELLENT customer service. Isaiah helped me with not only a great holiday promotion but also took his time afterward to ensure everything worked to my satisfaction. He was available for questions over the phone despite being very busy in the store, and he never even sounded frustrated with my many questions. Customer service alone gives this store 10 stars.

Had an amazing experience at this store. Timmy and Jonathan helped me immensely. I had to replace my phone and had no idea what to get... and they didn't just sell me whatever, they listened to what I really needed and could budget for.... took the time and made the experience extremely painless (for this non-techie, that was extremely awesome).
