I found this women (although I met her husband while I was there) owned business to be quite hospitable. 😊
There were some things there that I was familiar with like the cancer preventative; neem leaves; which I bought to make toothpaste and deodorant. 🥰
And, still yet many others that I wasn't familiar with like the huckleberry leaves; which I eagerly embraced and will use as recommended to make soup. 🤩

I don’t really know much about African food but I found this place randomly and bought a couple of snacks. They sell Kilishi, which is a kind of Nigerian beef jerky, and I loved it so much I came back and bought all the Kilishi they had in stock LOL. The spicyness is pretty intense but as you eat it you kind of get used to it and can’t stop eating. I wasn’t as big a fan of the kulikuli though.They also sell Nigerian Indo Mie here which I didn’t know was a thing, it doesn’t taste much different than other instant noodles.

Zuka market has some of the freshest bitter balls, habaneros and smoked fish than any other African market I've visited yet! The man and his wife business a very nice people too which is always a plus. This is also one of the CLEANEST, African markets I've ever been too. I've gotta give credit were credit is due!

Foods you can't find elsewhere. I got a bottle of Ribena current juice concentrate for my boss because he lived in England for some years where it's a common drink but it's hard to find in the US. The owners/staff are VERY helpful and gracious!

Two neat finds here: A drink called "Malta" which is a sort of non-alcoholic, malt drink. It's sort of like Guinness Stout with less bitterness and not a beer. It's interesting and worth a try. Also, some banana chips called "Exotic Chips" I grew up in Hawaii and know too much about banana chips, and these are the best I've ever had. Not too sweet, thin, lightly salted, and only $1.50 a bag.

I need to explore here more, but this is a really neat place!

Great products and friendly staff! They have everything from palm oil, to garri, to traditional clothes. I am very happy to have found a place in the bay area that sells authentic African products!

Nice people great selection of all the African food spices and other cooking needs to make traditional dishes.

I absolutely loved this store, the owner was kind enough to go in the back and get Suya spice for me. I am very please and will be back for more spices 🖤
