I think we all know the store can be a bit overwhelming, not this location in particular, but any Ulta. The staff was plentiful and helpful and engaging. When I went, there was no line I had to return and a new purchase. The whole thing was super easy.

Had a haircut appointment with Rosa. It was wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable and experienced to take care of my hair. Even though it was my first time here, she immediately put me at ease. I absolutely adore my new haircut and look.

Hands down the best customer service! Before going in I called to ask if I can go in and get help at time of paying with my Klarna card. I was really skeptical/embarrassed about going in because i didnt know how it worked. Cristina was the one to answer she was so polite and told me "yes". Once I got to the store I grabbed my items and Mel was the one to help me. She was trying to figure out how I could get my "actual card" since I only had the numbers of the card (I know, really confusing) She was so patiently trying to figure it out. She was never rude to me because of my payment method. 🤗 unfortunately, there is ppl that don't know that with Klarna as long as you are responsible with your payments you get higher spending limit. And if i was going in to spend about $400 in make up is because I've earned that. 😄 I had gone to Ulta on Tully road and the girls there n (1 guy) looked at me awkward making me feel bad about going in to shop. I left my items on the counter and walked out. Thankfully at this store it was nothing like that. 😊 I strongly recommend this store! 👌

This has been my go-to Ulta for the last few years and I've always had a great shopping experience. Yesterday I was assisted by Zach who was extremely helpful in finding all the products I was looking for, and answering all of my questions. When something wasn't in stock, he instructed me on other options to place an order, as well as other brands that can provide something similar. I appreciated his transparency in his experience of using certain products, and valued his opinion on what could be a good fit for my needs. Needless to say, I'm very excited to use all the products that I purchased yesterday!

Great store! The best Ulta I’ve been in the past months. They have a huge selection of products, every brand I cannot find in other Ulta stores I was able to find there! On top of it, the staff is very friendly, they let you know they are around in case you need them, but at the same time they let you very comfortable and give you space while you trying and looking at the products.

I love ULTA! I usually buy online. I was close, so I stopped in. The staff are wonderful, I was asked several times if I was finding what I was looking for. One of the staff gave me a bag for the things I was holding, that was so nice! I wish they had shopping carts (even if they are small ones!) As someone handicapped like me could shop easier. That's one reason I shop online, but I would shop a lot more in the store if there were shopping carts. Online, I have to buy enough to get free shipping because of the shipping fees

Super nice workers! I had someone shade match me for a foundation and helped me all the way to get the right shade. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I feel very welcome every time I come to this store. I definitely will be coming to this establishment more often!

FINALLY an Ulta in North San Jose! This has a classic Ulta layout and includes a salon. Now I can get all my makeup without having to travel so far! Everything else is pretty standard as far as Ulta goes. All the brands and products you expect. It's in a nice new shopping center!

Idk why some people here are mad but I’ve been here and it’s nice, just like any makeup store. It’s only a problem if there’s a customer who makes it a problem and I feel bad for some of the workers since they don’t get paid enough to go through people like that but yeah I like going here a lot and the staff here are very nice

I called in ahead of time they had my eyeliner waiting for me at the cash register pointed me to get some eyelashes and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes I really love your store I can't wait to go back this was my first time going my daughter always shops at your store I will be back love the service and products I can't wait to come and get a facial

I have had nothing but really good experiences at this establishment. They took their time with my many questions! From expensive make up foundations to simple application sponges. And so far they have been spot on.

Love ulta beauty. The makeup artists there are very helpful and they have a great selection of products with different brands and pricing. I go everytime i need makeup or hair needs.
