AT&T Store

The Reason for my answers was Alexa the one who patently answered ALL my questions and checked in with me Several times to make sure I was understanding ALL that was discussed... I have to say over the years of dealing with phone stores BY FAR my visit there with Alexa was "THE BEST EVER!!"

Wow man, what an extraordinary customer service they provided in my last visit. Everyone at this store was helpful and friendly. Never seen this kind of people anywhere in the US. Best of the best. Keep it up guys.

I am a Verizon customer but a couple times they didn’t have the item I needed so I walked in to this AT&T store on Brokaw and they were so helpful and friendly. They made ordering the item easy and efficient. Whenever I came in to the store they greeted with a smile and warm “How can I help you? “

Super good environment and keen service . An cool guy named Alfredo serviced us very well , super nice and welcome ! We opened an new account and choose an new plan , he introduced many options to us to make sure every penny we spent is worthy !!

Alex is who made this visit a great experience for me. He was patient, courteous, and very helpful in helping me transition my plan. I should also mention he was very cool under pressure, as there were 6 of us in line and only him working. Great job Alex!!! Thank you!!

Juvy was AMAZING! Right off the bat, Mario, Juvy, and Alex greeted me when I walked while they were helping out other customers. They kept me updated on their time finishing up with previous customers and once Juvy helped me, the process was smooth. He made the best recommendations and offered me the best promotion I could ask for on a new iPhone. Mario helped too and they got my phone set-up fast. I appreciate these guys and thought the team was simply the best.

Good customer service. Alex is so understanding. He is knowledgeable and goes through every detail. Through my purchase I really love that. He also took his time with me and my family.

Came in for an upgrade to my iPhone, Jimmy promptly helped me. The activation of the phone and syncing all the data over from my old phone took about 2.5 hrs in total, and the two guys were great, Jimmy put the TV on for me so I wouldn't be bored waiting for my phone to be ready, and unless they were helping out other customers, both guys were chatting with me. Overall a very good experience at the store even though I had to wait almost 3 hours for my phone to be updated and ready

My experience buying a new iPhone was amazing. I appreciate customer service in the store on Broka RD the excellent customer service they provide to every customer 👍

Van is great! She’s a Vietnamese speaker for those that need it! Alex is phenomenal as well. He’s a Spanish speaker always willing to help and crack a few jokes. Christina is wonderful too, very attentive and never gave up on complicated issues. The management at this location is awesome.

Great customer service to upgrade my iphone. Mario helped me to order new iphone, switched to AT&T from another carrier , and Alex helped me to set it up properly after arrival of new phone. Both are technically smart and answer to my all questions. My transition experience is smooth and flawless. Thanks to Mario and Alex for your help.

William helped my wife and I out with excellent customer service. I definitely appreciate how he helped us out changing my wife's name under the system which took quite some time. His recommendations as what we should do with our current predicament helped out tremendously upgrading one of our plans. He also placed the privacy protector screen on my wife's new iPhone 12 pro max with ease, which would take me at least 30 minutes to do to try and perfect it. We got to the store once they opened up at 1000 and didn't leave until 1200. I'm just glad only 1 other customer came in, so he didn't have to go back and forth with helping us. He even gave us recommendations on popular eateries that are new in the bay area. I highly recommend William and this Brokaw store for future AT&T related inquiries.

Great staff. Very helpful with my trade in of my phone. Quick and friendly. Would come back next time I need to do anything AT&T related.
