So impressed with the customer service at this Riverbank store, in particular, a young man named Randy who is the cashier in the front. No matter the line, he is polite, composed, efficient and welcoming. He quickly offered promotions along with his welcome and check in about guest experience. I’m compelled to write this review because he has consistently delivered this same impressive customer service experience every time I came into the store over the past few months. I’ve witnessed him handle difficult customers with professionalism and kindness. I hope management monitors online engagement and he is recognized.

They have a lot of home decor. I love it

It's clean and organized... has a whole lot more selections to choose from compared to the Plaza Parkway location in Modesto,CA

Store was very clean and well organized.
Easily found needed items. Returns and purchases were completed efficiently.

The associates were friendly and they were quick. Wait in line wasn't too long.

Some of the best prices around on their clearance items. The staff are helpful and friendly. We love being able to look around at the variety of items in person as a unique change to online shopping for date night. 😍 Found this great buy for $6 on clearance after the coupons the cashier helped us be aware of. Great place to find a new outfit.

Drove over to the river bank Kohls so I could go to Sephora. I did not want to go to the freestanding one at the mall..
The young gal in there was so helpful to me. She greeted me. She gave advice all with a smile on her face that made shopping enjoyable.

It was great. I bought some pretty sweaters my skinny jeans and boots

The Sephora Store at Kohls in the Crossroads Shopping Center is one of my favorites. Please go and see my girls. They are ready to help and assist you with your skincare, hair care, and make-up needs. Don’t forget fragrance too. A Big shout out to Melissa, Shayna, and Victoria🥳🥳🥳🥰 for going above and beyond what a team.

Daniella was so helpful today. We had left some items on hold but no one could find them and she went above and beyond to throughly locate them for us. Thank you again other places could learn from the staff here where they actually care about their clients.
