AT&T Store

I would give this place 10 stars. Evan helped me with my new phone and he was phenomenal and had me laughing. I had a great time with him. He was highly informative on any question I had. Will have my business there from now. Give him a raise!

JanCarlo is an outstanding representative for your AT&T. He is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He made sure to explain all processes and answered all of our questions. To us our issue was difficult, he reassured us it would be resolved and it was, and his expert level of knowledge made it look easy. We are very satisfied customers!
Also, we were in store for a bit and noticed how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. The store was clean, comfortable, organized and well stocked. Very happy with our experience.

I needed to switch to a different network. The process was very difficult and time consuming. However, the store manager named JuanCarlo, JC, was very patient, kind, courteous, and understanding. Because he was calm during this process, I remained calm. To do this process was well over 1.5 hours. He remained professional throughout this difficult process. As a matter of fact, he also used this time to do some quick training with other employees. He answered questions that other employees might have. All of the employees were very professional and friendly. I have been to this location before and encountered a rude employee. But this time, it was wonderful.

Anthony was super helpful in trying to figure out what was wrong wit my phone. Made sure to ask me questions to better understand what my concern was and when he didnt know he asked the guys working with him, they were all very nice. I ended up trading in my old phone and got a new one. Spent 2 hrs there transferring everything from 1 phone to the other and in the waiting time had a lot of fun talking and getting to know the employees. They were both very genuine and it felt like I was wit family. I will def be going back to see those 2 guys.

The service level at this location is exceptional. Evan was professional, friendly, and efficiently helpful. I greatly appreciated his customer service after unsuccessfully trying to complete a transaction at another location. Not all AT&T stores are created equally and this one is top-shelf

Once again this store delivers excellent service. Marco is the man! He made the experience so wonderful. My dad is really happy with his iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thanks AT&T!

My wife and I had a very great experience at this location. The gentleman helping us was respectful, patient, friendly and even helped us entertain our small children while managing to serve our needs. I don't recall his first name but Sav is short for his first name.

Neli was one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with at an AT&T store. She was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated well, and helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner.

I have gone to 2 AT&T stores & have made 2 calls to AT&T. Still without my questions answered. FINALLY I was able to get honest answers & the service I needed. Edgar did a great job, and this branch is by far the best one!

My favorite AT&T store by far!! The guys were so welcoming, helpful, understanding and patient! They answered all of my questions quickly and kindly. They also helped my find the best deal and plan for me!

Tony & Nellie were fabulous! Your online customer support cancelled my service after 9 hours & it had to be paid another $35 today. Online service rep horrific! The worst I ever experienced. Tony & Nellie deserve promotions & raises. Your online rep needs to be fired! Even Tony & Nellie couldn’t get through to him that my account was fully funded (for the next 30 days) hours before a glitch in ATT system cancelled it.
