The store is huge. They have everything organized. The store is relatively clean for as many people that go through there a day. The employees were friendly, and prices are definitely lower than Savemart.

Great prices, staff is generally nice most of the time especially when you get the regulars that work there for a long time willing to help and know their job very well. Vegetable selection is very good prices are good for that as well. We've shopped the exact same items for house for years and I've tried raley's and save Mart for the same items and we saved about 40% at cost less. Apples for apples a way better deal.

This store has always been a pleasant experience for value and quality. Even during the worst points of the initial panic buying during the early stages of the pandemic I was always able to find what I needed at reasonable prices. My go to for reasonably priced meat, and the weekly meat special alone is normally worth the trip.
The aisles are a bit cluttered at times, and even though you regularly see them sweeping and cleaning the store may appear a bit "aged" but it's worth the trip if you want to pick up some good deals. Pay attention though, as it is usually specific flavors of items on sale and not the all encompassing product (ie not all stove top stuffing, but only chicken flavour) and with some items the non sale prices can be a bit of a sticker shock.

Cheaper, overall better experience especially when it comes to paying for what you want and getting out in a timely manner and cleaner than Maxx Value .. hands down! They even have a bakery too

The meat is great and the price are reasonable

The staff is great, and the General Manager, Shawn, (?) has consistently demonstrated the kind of customer service which earns him the kind of high regard both his employees, as well as fellow shoppers, hold him. I have always loved the quality of, and great pricing the food enjoys; what sets it apart for me is the kind of genuinely kind and considerate customer service each employee has shown me every time I have visited there. Thank you; you all are an asset to the community.

I actually just went to a different location of the store today. While I can't always find what I need they're always very courteous and they will apologize for not having something which is a part of their courteousness it's not their fault stuff runs out sometimes the company stops carrying something and what I have found is with these very courteous companies you often end up with mostly courteous customers I have rarely had anybody be rude at any of these places.

Nice place to shop. Sometimes they have really great deals. They tell me the total of my items and I think I am ripping Them off. The Employees are very nice. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.

The five star review goes strictly to Cyrus that just help me out. From what I was hearing, he had 5 minutes before he needed to go on break. So he jumped on a till and helped myself and another customer out. Someone that appeared to be his supervisor loudly and unprofessionally demanded him to take his break at that exact moment. I may not know the full details, but I was impressed with Cyrus for helping me and another customer out with the time he had left.

To the “supervisor” that scolded him in front of all the customers, not cool. Coach in private, praise in public.

Thank you Cyrus, for going above and beyond and providing good customer service despite the conditions you seem to have to deal with. Keep it up, your work ethic and positive attitude will go a long way!

The stores look a little dated, but maybe that's why they can give good prices. Why pay more at other places like Safeway, O'Brian and Save Mart, why ? because they try to impress people with a fancy looking store, big deal...so what... a fuji apple is a fuji apple no matter where you buy it.
Costless have had some of the best prices on fruits and veggies and Meats. save your money for other stuff ,shop at Costless.
