Harbor Freight Tools

Vinny Octane told me once that I could get good stuff at Harbor Freight. And he likes Milwaukee stuff. But I got some stuff, and he was right... Harbor Freight has good stuff, too!

They are great there they have an awesome team working in the store. They're polite the welcoming and I go there for everything I need.

Everything I mean Everything u can imagine is sold in there tools two-cycle Motors you name gloves safety glasses everything for work or for someone that has a hobby gadgets and like for motorhomes travel trailers accessories the list just goes on and on take my word for it if you haven't seen it take some time to see what I'm talking about you won't be disappointed take my word for it

Great employees with excellent customer service. The tools are very reasonable in prices what a great deal!

Sarah was it especially helpful when the Spray guns were out of stock. She was glad to go back and get more. Great service by all the girls!

Good prices, good coupons when signing up.

If you want to save money buying tools this is the spot. I don't need the tools i use around the house all that often so even though some of the tools may seem like a cheaper version of say other high end companies who cares when you save hundreds of dollars in the long run. They keep the store pretty stocked up and the staff are nice.

I got all the tools I needed and I even saved $5.38

Came in for a new tool box / workbench. Nice displays - they didn't have the one I wanted in stock but they called the Ceres store and had them check inventory. They found it there and asked that store to hold it for me - which they did. Very happy that they went the extra mile. Will be back!

Staff here is fantastic always find exactly what I'm looking for very knowledgeable the manager Saleam and his assistant manager are extremely helpful and always try and find the best price. Always willing to help in finding items, and very accommodating for people with disabilities. I go here probably a couple times a month. And I have to say it gets better and better every time.

This store has its ups n downs. Just like any other store. The staff, for the most part, are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes you can't find anyone to help, and only one cashier, but that doesn't happen often. There is a huge selection of just about everything needed to handle ur projects. as all harbor freights do, prices are good. I definitely recommend this store.

Walked in the door, found half of what I wanted, found an employee walking towards me, asked my query, was told product was out of stock. Darn. Employee said wait, new shipments are right here. He found the other half of my want list. I was grateful, he was happy that he was able to help me. He is the best and worth every dime of his wages. Thank you again youngster! Then I paid and was on my way home with my treasures. Less than 20 minutes. That's efficiency.

This is truly one of my favorite tool stores. I could spend hours, oh well
Truly can find some great deals here . Especially the tools. Found a certain type of drill here for 50 dollars which was 130 at other stores "which will remain nameless 4 now. Good deals on strong name brands.

I bought a 70 Gal dust collector at a watsonville store this week while I was working in the Bay area
& when I got home & unboxed it I realized there was a problem with 1 of the parts either from shipping or from factory, but either way, when I went to deal with it on phone here at this location on Carpenter, I specifically asked to talk to a manager & that being said I'd also like to state that the person who answered the phone was also very professional and helpful as I heard "no problem give me one moment" and less than 30 seconds later I was talking to Amanda and everything went so smoothly on phone & also at the store I thought I had to write this review!!!!

I received a great service here. I got discount with one of my purchase and I had gotten the wrong quantity of an item and went back the same day. I showed my receipt since I forgot to get the correct quantity and asked for the discount; the cashier validated the discount.
It's hard to find good customer service now a days. So far this store has it. Keet that up Harbor Freight.

Great prices. I always want to buy more than necessary on my trips their. Their ads have some good discounts so definitely sign up with your email...I get coupons before everyone else. I get tool happy and sparked with ideas of new projects when i go to Harvor Freight.

The people who work there are super nice & helpful. The store is well-organized, clean & bright, everything in it's place. The prices are very reasonable compared to their competitors.
