Starbucks

Great drinks and light snack foods. We went at 8 pm and very clean. Very fun staff. Not sure why no online ordering. But hot drink was nice after Chardons tree lighting event. Very festive cups 🥤. Nice entrance near a traffic light. Well lit parking lot and clean. Spacious parking sections.

My croissant and coffee was amazing! I went through the drive thru with my dog and the gave me a pup cup for her! She enjoyed that very much! Staff was super nice, definitely recommend!

I’m at Starbucks every single day. I was even there on Christmas. With the exception of one day where some idiots decided to mess everyone’s day up with a “pay it forward” prank that never ended, I’ve never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for my order. Generally I order ahead when I’m on my way in and my coffee is waiting on the counter when I arrive. The employees are very professional, exceedingly friendly, and they keep the store spotlessly clean and organized.

I’ve never seen them not busy but they always take the time to say hello and make me feel welcome.

Chain restaurants are touchy in a place like Chardon where we value relationships over anything else but the crew at Starbucks gets it right.

I go here at least 5x a week. The ladies are delightful, they know my name & order. Always friendly and smiling! Never had ANY issues. I see alot of complaints about rudeness, in other reviews, well from experience, it's most likely the customer(s). Chardon is full of 'entitled' rude people, I've worked out here in many places, so i know. Change your attitude and approach or make your own coffee 💓

Very happy the local Starbucks is consistent. When I lived in Eastlake and frequented the Willoughby one it was hit or miss.

It's Starbucks, seen one and you've seen them all. Good coffee, good food, nice people but disagree with their politics.

Starbucks is finally coming to my home city! I can't wait!

EDIT: Today was my first visit, and I loved every moment of it. They had balloons on the tables to celebrate being open. The staff were friendly and just as excited as I was to be there. My Kiwi Starfruit drink was delicious, and I went happily on my way.

The place is always clean and decorated comfortable and trendy. Patio is super cute. Drinks are always fast and delicious.

I once wrote a not so nice review when this location was never open. Since then, it’s been great. Kind of a perfect Starbucks to be honest there’s literally never a long line.

Nice staff, great encouraging supervisor to employees, clean and efficient. Would definitely go again. Prices for me not so much. Penny-pincher anyway.

Fast and Friendly! It was a little rough going when they first opened, as COVID restrictions were transitioning out, but all is well now!
