Store is easy to access, and is clean and bright. Friendly staff and a good pharmacy.

All these other reviews sound like angry people who were probably rude to the workers. Every time I come in I’m greeted and always asked if I need help. Yes they do now offer self checkout but I still see people being rung out at the regular checkout. The one lady who commented about the minute clinic must not understand how it works, you don’t wait in the store for your appointment. The workers at this cvs really care about taking care of their customers and always go above and beyond for them! Sad to see such nasty comments about such wonderful people.

It was very pleasant didn’t get in to the minute clinic they took care of me. I was able to pick up my medicine right there check out was a breeze and I was able on my way home. Thank you so much.

I had trouble getting my prescription refilled and the pharmacy helped me get the authorization sent to the right doctor. The pharmacist here is very helpful and always answers my questions thoroughly about medications. The minute clinic is also awesome at this location.

Staff is very helpful. It’s a super busy pharmacy and you have to wait a bit at times but they acknowledge seeing you. I think that is great customer service.

CVS may have the worst employees. Barbara had zero customer service skills and treated me like I was a child. After that I was given the wrong prescription and after I had called they said it was the same as my past one and after looking online I had realized I got the generic brand of my past prescription that I can not take. Not once did I get notified that it was switched? Ridiculous

Wait was over an hour for a prescription, never again will I come here.

After being in car crash that totalled my car. The doctors made sure to take amazing care of me and making sure I had nothing seriously wrong other than the extreme pain.

When I walk up to the CVS pharmacy and the gate isn't closed for your "lunch break" you should take the customers prescription and let them know to come back later. NOT make eye contact and walk over and shut the gate without saying a word.
This was very rude, unprofessional, and above all else what kind of major cooperation has the entire PHARMACY go to lunch at the same time?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Today I was behind a squad car at the pharmacy pick up window second in line and the officer’s perscriptions took longer than normal as I pulled up to the window the employees placed a paper covering across the window, I looked at my truck’s clock and it read exactly 1:30pm. I had been in line for over 10 minutes waiting patiently for my turn and you get the pharmacy window shut in your face at 1:30PM even if you were in line waiting? My family will never shop there again and we are moving are Perscriptions to Walgreens. Do you really think your company shareholders appreciate treating customers in this manner?

I went to the Minute Clinic this morning. The store opened an hour late. When I was finally able to go in, I signed in at the kiosk. The kiosk told me there were no appointments available today. I knocked on the door in the clinic and they person there told me there were no appointments available today. I asked how this was possible since there's absolutely nobody there. If you opened on time then there should be at least a few people here waiting. Then, I went to the rest room and as I got closer to the front of the store, there still was nobody, patient or staff, at the Minute Clinic. I asked staff at the check out to borrow a pen and if the number on the door was for corporate. When the manager, Heather, heard me she began yelling saying that there's a lot of bad things going on in the world... I started walking away and she kept yelling and ranting! You would think as large as CVS is they world be able to find sane managers!!

I went to CVS to purchase Mucinex Allergy. This product has a card that needs taken to the counter to purchase, so I did that. Once at the counter I was notified that I couldn't purchase the product because the pharmacy closed. I asked if there was a similar product available. The manager came over and we began to walk back to the Allergy medicine. The manager asked me about my symptoms and I told her heavy sinus pressure, slight cough, congestion and sore throat. The manager then told me I should be wearing a mask. I responded by telling her that I had both a rapid and PCR test within the last 48 hours and both were negative. She then aggressively told me how that doesn't mean anything and started going on about some non sense story about her friend. After leaving the store, I contacted corporate about the incident and asking if it was company policy for their managers to aggressively tell customers that they needed to be wearing masks and to tell customers covid tests don't matter. Corporate responded by not caring one bit and notified that they contacted the store about my experience. I replied by again asking if the managers behavior aligned with store policy, to which corporate ignored me. I will never go back to a CVS again and be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know. I've never been inside of a wallgreens, but I'm hopeful I won't have to deal with a similar situation. **I tried to add the correspondence with corporate and it doesn't seem to be working. I did notice that corporate didn't even really read my initial email, which for some reason I can't access. Corporate told me they contacted management at the store about my recent experience with the pharmacy. If corporate actually read and cared about my email, they would have easily saw my issue wasn't with the pharmacy, because they were closed, but with management.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Cashiers are ridiculously rude. One girl looked annoyed to have customers and was telling people to use self check out as she’s just sitting at the counter doing nothing. (This is exactly why self check out is taking jobs because people are lazy) I ordered photos and the girl told me to come back later when I could clearly see my pictures sitting on the counter waiting for an envelope. It’s been a week and I still get told to check back later for my photos. I will never be printing photos at CVS again or do any shopping here ever again.

I do not recommend scheduling a covid test at this location. I scheduled a test a week before I needed one (to attend an event that required a negative test) and they cancelled the night before. All correspondence previously was via text message, but the cancellation was sent to my e-mail which I did not see until I was waiting in the parking lot. It was very difficult to find another location same/next day to reschedule a test. There were other people waiting in the parking lot as well for a covid test, so it wasn't just me.
