GNC

This GNC is right around the corner from one of the best gyms in Ohio. I had the pleasure of meeting Rose the other day. She was kind enough to help me resolve an issue I had been dealing with regarding my GNC rewards. She was super helpful and patient. It's nice to still have the option of going to the store for assistance and consultation on supplements.

The store manager, Rico, is very helpful. I cannot say the same for his employees. If you advertise you are open till 8PM, then BE OPEN till 8PM. I would bet he will resolve this issue.

Good inventory and great customer service. Called ahead and staff had what i wanted ready for me. Also showed me a different product that was less expensive.

Friendly service

Went to the store to buy product on the last day of pro days to find the door locked, it was 5:50. Their website said they were open until 8. I called the store to have someone answer and told me they were closed. There were no hours on the door and again their websites said that they were open until 8. I told them I was in the parking lot but they said they already closed the books. I understand that hours could change because of employee shortages but at least you could tell the customers the new hours. With gas prices as they are we don't have the luxury of driving in everyday to find out if a store is open or not. I am questioning whether gnc will be my store for future business.
