Grand Slam Sports Cards

This place is awesome and Doug is THE MAN! Came in looking for a specific card that I didn’t expect them, or anyone for that matter, to have. They didn’t have the card, but Doug sent me home with the perfect coffee cup to taunt my buddy with. I will say, although they didn’t have the specific card I was looking for, they did have a TON of cards for Cleveland teams. If you’re looking for the best spot to go for cards, this is definitely it. And the customer service can’t be beat!

As soon as I entered this card shop I was greeted by Trevor and Doug. They are super down to earth and we’re enjoyable to talk to. This is by far the most organized card shop I’ve ever been in. Not only that, but the selection for both sports cards & Pokémon were far better than I’ve seen at many other shops in the area. Planning on returning soon!

It was my first time in the store. I was very impressed how organized it was. I was greeted by Doug who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Having been in their business in the past, I can tell you this is a good place for their hobby. This will not be my last trip.

Me and partner visited this store for the first time a couple of days ago. I believe it was Doug who was on hand in the store. All I have to say is he is a fantastic and very helpful person. Although this store is around 40 minutes away from us, we will be frequenting it a lot from now on. He also mentioned Trevor had a TikTok for pokemon things. I forgot what it was so if I could get that, I'd be grateful! Top store, loads of selection, amazing staff and epic deals and prices.

Doug and AJ helped my family and I out, awesome experience! Brought my 2 year old in just on a whim, spacey and not too much to get into. Competitive prices and good conversation. Hope to be back!

My two kids and I stopped in for the first time today and were just amazed at the personable, top-notch, excellent service! My kids were on the hunt for Pokémon cards and found just what they wanted plus a few really special cards! Doug went above and beyond to help my young kids out and they’re already asking when they can go back again! We went for the Pokémon, but look forward to checking out all of the sports cards too!

Me and a friend who aren’t from Ohio stopped in looking for some sports cards and we’re so glad that we stumbled upon this store. Doug who was on staff was great. I don’t know much about cards, but he seemed like a genuine and honest guy. Held great conversation and made the experience an awesome one. Thanks for getting me back into the card game Doug. My daughter was thrilled with her new collection.

Very nice, clean, organized, table and chairs to sit. In a nice plaza area too! Sunday hours are awesome!

Great experience!! Went with my wife and daughter and staff was very polite and engaging.. my daughter got a pack of Pokémon and I made a trade for an Evan Mobley flawless I’ve been looking for.. they are sending a card off to psa for me and we discussed possibly consigning some of my cards.. have been to most of the northeast Ohio card shops and this was the best experience we’ve had!!

Staff is awesome. I bought two random packs that my son picked out of 2023 Heritage and he hit an on card auto! That tells me that this store is honest. That cannot be said for all card stores in the area.

Recently found this place and I love it. The owners and workers are great people with plenty of knowledge on sports cards. Doug and Jeff are super cool and I find myself talking sports and cards with them when I come in. If you are into card collecting be sure to stop by you won't regret it since they have everything you need and want.

Really love what they have done with this place (i liked Joe's set up as well, this is a lot more focused). Anyone who is in cards should stop here. Brings me back to when i was a kid and cards were big (Joe did as well!). Jeff is very helpful in answering questions i had and ones i didn't know i had. My son loves it too and will be great for his card collecting.

Love stopping in to see the latest with Jeff and Kaysie at Grand Slam! Super friendly and helpful - enjoy the conversation almost as much as the cards. Family friendly (my son and I have a Friday night tradition to stop in) and the trade nights are a great time. Hard to know everything about the hobby but I always believe I’m getting a great deal at Grand Slam. Always nice to see all the new releases too!

Went here for a card trading and collecting show with my son and three nephew's. Was expecting to only stay for a half hour, ended up staying for 3 hours. The new owner kept everyone entertained young and old, and has a gift for entertaining the youth. I would recommend stopping by for one of their card trading shows or just stopping by to check them out.

Visited for the first time today. What a CLEAN SHOP with good product. A lot of wax and nice PSA graded cards. Talked with the owner Jeff and it was nice just talking sports cards. Bought and sold cards and it was very fair both ways. I’ve visited a lot of sports card shops and this one is right up there with the best. I live 2 hours away and it was worth the drive.

I have become a regular customer of Grand Slam, and it’s not only because of their incredible selection of new and vintage wax and singles, but also the way Jeff and Kaycie treat both myself and my children when I bring them with me to the shop. Fair prices, extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly, you should swing by Grand Slam Sports Cards for all of your hobby needs!

My husband took my son here for the first time to buy Pokémon cards. The store gave him a discount since it was my son’s bday. It made me smile when my son said, “they are so nice!” He was thrilled with the cards - it was a really nice set. We will buy from here again.
