I contacted Dave to come to my home to mount a new flatscreen television and even though it was a small job, he happily accepted the job and worked it into his schedule. He brought a bracket and retrofitted it for the size of television that I had and very neatly and cleanly did the install and addressed another A/V problem that I had in my home while he was here. I definitely would use Dave again and Future Communications for any other jobs that I have because he was very knowledgeable and a pro to work with.

From inception to completion the job that Future Communications performed was top notch. Dave was quick to respond to all communications, his choice of media for our home theater was excellent and a rather tricky install was performed without a hitch. His follow up was appreciated and we would not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them highly to others.

Dave made two visits to our home in recent months. The first was to fix the connections among our TV, receiver, sound system, and other accessories and provide consultation about setting up a new TV in another room. We then purchased a new TV through him and he just installed it a few days ago. We LOVE it. 50" Samsung Frame, wires are hidden, and it's beautiful. Dave was responsive, professional and knowledgeable, reasonably priced, up front about costs and stuck with his quote and itemized his charges, and is just a decent guy. He's staying on our go-to list. Highly recommend.

Future Communications has installed over 25 camera's in 3 different locations. Dave and his employees has always been courteous,clean and professional. They have always responded promptly when called, and always have completed the work as promised!

I have been working with Dave at Future Communications for a couple of years now. He has installed a Nuvo whole home audio system, security cameras and some home automation. I have to say that Dave is the absolute best. His level of service is second to none and the cost is typically half of what some other companies wanted to charge. You will not find anyone better in the Pittsburgh area.

I have a home based business and I hired Dave at Future Communications to install security cameras to ensure all vehicles parked in the driveway were safe. I was always concerned with the safety of the vehicles because of the expensive equipment we use. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend future communications. He will most definitely be our go to guy for any communications/technology needs I may have.

Dave was attending an event at our business and noticed our cameras and equipment were dated and not functioning properly. He gave us a very reasonable quote, delivered and set up the new system in a timely manner. Dave has been available for questions and tech support both by phone and in person. He showed up promptly, gave a unbelievably reasonable quote, and did the install quickly. Outstanding service by Dave. He trouble shot my problem over text messaging. Created a work around on my streaming component. gave me directions how to do it. Soon I will be streaming XM/Pandora once again. Their are still truly helpful genuine people out there, and Dave is one of them. When my home theater needs updating I will be calling here. We contacted Dave during the first steps of our new home construction and described the system we would like. He provided various options to fit our ‘wish list’, laying out the cost of each. We felt very comfortable with Dave and proceeded with a plan that we’re thrilled with. We contracted with Dave to do all the Ethernet wiring for media and security while the home was still being built. Dave set up a matrix system that permits media in most rooms as well a security and sound system. He also spent a great deal of time helping us understand the ‘ins and outs’ of the system. We feel fortunate to have found such a terrific contractor to build out our system.

I had security camera system installed today. Dave was very helpful with choosing what equipment I needed for my security concerns the installation went great vary neatly done. We have no reservations in recommending the services of Future Communications. Dave did a great job helping us set up our new "TV/Media room." He made equipment recommendations (whether for purchasing from him or elsewhere). The installation of the TV, surround sound/speakers, and the rest of the equipment was flawless!
After the installation and payment of services, Dave continued to be available to help in guiding us through the proper use of the new equipment. He also offered to come back to the house to answer any questions that may arise during the next couple of months, while we are still getting familiarized with our new media system and its features. We plan to have him back soon! Dave's kind demeanor, and attention to customer service earns him a 6th star!

Dave was in and out of our house in less time than I could believe. He had our two surround sound systems up and running better than they had ever run in the past. Very sharp man. Can recommend very highly and will use again.

Dave is amazing! I took over a small business and we were in serious need of a security make over. Dave knows his stuff. He doubled the amount of cameras I had and he even had to run massive amounts of wire from the back to the front and did it quickly and professionally. We called Dave to install a new television in our home. At his first visit, he determined that there was a problem with our cable box and receiver and he suggested that we replace both the cable box and receiver. He came the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, to set everything up for us. When he came on Saturday, we were still having problems and he determined that we were given a bad cable box again. He was on the phone with us and Comcast when they verified that the new cable box was also bad. Dave was very effective in troubleshooting our problem and he was willing to come to our house over the weekend to solve our problem. We would highly recommend Dave for future communication projects.

I highly recommend using this company for all your security needs, in home or for your business. Dave handles all issues large and small in a friendly and professional manner. He installed cameras in my retail store, that gave the exact coverage that I needed. He also installed entire audio system throughout the store, so that every dept could be adjusted to the desired volume according to each area's individual requirements. He installed a big screen TV so I could monitor all activity throughout the store, as well as remote viewing from home! I couldn't have expected any better anywhere. And reasonably priced.
