Both the Downtown and Evansdale bookstores were so kind and helpful with getting my son his cap and gown. They are doing a great job!

Most people here are very helpful when needing a certain book for a class. The management is really great, though. They understand special circumstances and do what they can to get you the books you need or to make refunds.

I just love everything WVU. Plus they have lots of WVU stuff you can't get anywhere else. Just wish they carried Football and Basketball jerseys. Especially Basketball.

We went in to pick up books on move in day. My daughter ordered her books online. There was no line to pick up her books. It was easy to go in and pick everything up.
