Able to pick up my meds and usually to find nearly anything I'd need from a pharmacy.

My wife is a diabetic and has other issues every time I go there everything is ready. Much better then Walgreens

I still use this pharmacy. They have treated me 1000 times better than this one experience, which involved two different CVS stores. Ever since this one bad experience it has been nothing but good ones. Even when we get new pharmacists, the staff always know me right away. I never switched pharmacies, and I’m actually glad. I’m upping my review to 5 stars because this CVS has made me feel like family, and because of the convenience of being so close and having free parking for whenever I don’t feel like walking.

UPDATE: While I still had a horrible experience, I do want to update this review because Erica did apologize to me, and since then she has been as helpful and friendly as can be. I do appreciate that, so I've added a star and updated my review.

Never in my life have I had to deal with such incompetence and unprofessionalism!!! The “manager” Erica is EXTREMELY rude and CLEARLY has ZERO customer service training or skills. Be prepared for her to be completely unempathetic and to YELL over you. I work in the medical field and handle angry patients all day long and somehow I’m able to have 99.9% of them satisfied by the end of my call. Don’t expect anything like that here!! If you’ve been waiting 2 weeks for your medication, had it transferred back and forth between two stores, had ZERO communication from EITHER of the two, and still didn’t have your medication, you’d be upset too, right? After this script is filled, I’m switching pharmacies. I wanted to stay with this one since I can walk to it from where I live, but to hell with that convenience. It’s been the biggest headache dealing with these two absolutely incompetent CVS pharmacies!

Aaron was the epitome of customer service today! Very helpful, pleasant and efficient. He deserves a lot of credit for his work ethic!

Helped me get the lowest prices for my prescriptions and actually showed a lil empathy!

Not too crowded, always have what you go there for!

Hannah was SUCH a great help. She is quite literally the best example of "service with a smile". She was so helpful and even had me sign up for a CVS Carepass! Cant wait to go back and use it.

We purchased a beanie from here and it has caused quite a few laughs! Not a typical drug store purchase, I know. High St needed a CVS so this store serves its purpose.

Decent deals. Convenient free parking for a downtown location.

Average CVS, have had no notably good or bad experiences here.
