No fuss, no muss. Simple as can be. I needed a fridge, they sold me one at a reasonable price, and delivered it that same day. Works great. I'll purchase from them again, probably a dishwasher.

I was looking for a fridge and stove a year ago and I really liked visiting this store because you can see the fridges working because they have them connected, I could also see the stove working because they offered to show me it connected. I had a very good experience because in addition to showing you the things that are working, they give you a guarantee. this message is addressed to Mr. Nick T. a person contacted you to tell you that you could bring the dryer to the store to check it and if there was a problem in it repair it but you refused to do it, requesting that the replacement be sent to you to home. Due to store security policies, we do not send spare parts to our customers, which is why we told you to bring it to the store to be repaired, but you refused. At no time did our store refuse to check it and repair it if necessary.

Machine working good extra cleaning

Bought the dryer two days ago. Heating element broke on the second load. Was told that the dryer is heated by a light and to check the light. I did a quick Google search to find out there is a heating element that drys. After being told that, I lost trust in them to do any repairs.

I told them it’s been 2 days and I would like a refund or to have them send a heating element and I’ll do the repairs. They refused to do either. I would look else where if your looking for a used appliance. Being a business I thought it would be better to go with them than a random person on Facebook marketplace, I guessed wrong.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place sells junk period. Bought a dryer it stopped tumbling 10 days after the 30 day warranty. Be careful...they advertise alot in Facebook marketplace but never give their company name. It's just shows location...Southington. they are located in the plaza near Salsa's restaurant. Stay away!!!!

This is a scam store, don't fall for it. They sell broken appliances and will send you the wrong items, and give you a hard time about it on top of it. Spend your money elsewhere.
