Go here for my yarn, and other project supplies. Staff is typically very kind, they know the store layout well enough to tell you where items you ask for are. Reasonable prices, and there's always coupons on their website, or in-store deals are common.

Tried the self check out lane. Worked great and I was able to check out fast.

I forget the art majors name who assisted me with acrylic paints for my die cast car collection, I remember her name starts with a J, like mine. She was phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable when I had no clue what I was doing. I listened as she assisted another group of customers in the same aisle, and she just couldn't get stumped. I was very pleased with her timeliness as well. It was almost refreshing to see somebody in the retail industry who was informed, and helpful again since before the pandemic. I wish I could remember her name to call and give her a positive review to management. Great job.

Five stars because I really liked the lady that ended up helping us out at checkout. I love being around all the crafts and finding things but it is hard to find someone to help if you have questions.

Best for multi crafts. Framing, scrapbooking, beads, paints, holiday decor, kid crafts, yarn, glitter, cake decorations, candy molds, fake vines garlands flowers, clay, wood burning, and so much more...I made this about 10yrs ago from michaels. I named it steve.

despite the silly company decision to use self-serve kiosks, i had some great help from manager jennifer to locate a product. please dont turn into another home improvement store type of self-help so unhelpful.

It's a bit crowded and messy for the holidays but the company keeps them from having enough ppl on hand to handle stuff. Despite being short handed, they are a great team, very happy and helpful as they can be!

I used to shop here a lot. Past couple yes. Not so much. Started going there again. They have truly stepped up. I give 5 stars now. Great new items there. I'm impressed.

My fiance and I went to buy yarn last night, couldn't find what we were looking for. I was bummed out but an employee who was working in the picture frame area was helping us the best she could. She was kind and very friendly, even though I was bummed the item was sold out, she made my night. She was very sweet, kind and caring.
Was irritated by a man sweeping the floors though, when she was trying to help us. She kept asked him questions, he had an attitude walked away barely acknowledging her or us at all. She handled the situation very well bc it was awkward. She deserves a raise and promotion, she clearly knows her job and does it very well!
