I can hardly walk. When I entered, there was someone to direct me where I needed to go. I got my product and walked as well as I could to check out. There were 3 lines w 3 to 4 people open. As I went to one of them a clerk offered to open a new line and assisted me. So pleased with their customer service. And prices are hard to beat.

Always enjoy a trip here. We had a very specific request. We were looking for a still Blanc de Noir. They had two. Found some other wines and beverages to purchase while we were there. They have a great selection of wines. Staff is knowledgeable. Good selection of beers as well.

Great selection and prices are really good. My only issue is I never leave with out 1 or 2 extra bottles as I always see something I want to try

What can I say other than I love this place. The name says Total and that's true. They have a vast selection of everything you want to drink. They also have an array of accessories and tools for making drinks. The cooler selection is very limited. Great for stocking up the bar at home, not so much for getting a case of cold beer to enjoy right away, unless your preference happens to be something in the cooler.

Total wine has classes, the schedule is posted in the store as well as online. Mostly anything you want to sample vefore purchasing is available for sample. I believe they have a daily wine tasting at the station located in the wine section of the store.

For the wine, they have a chilling machine at the guest services counter in the front, and that machine works wonders.

Great selection and even better... Staff are Allll helpful, friendly and pleasant. No question too small.Everyone knows which lane anything is... Very impressed.

Paul was phenomenal! He spent his time with us helping us find wonderful globe glasses and gave us wonderful recommendations for whiskies!!!!!!! And the lady who checked us out, her name is Miracle (love that) was also AMAZING! Such sweethearts. I wanted to find a manager to tell them, but I couldn't find one before they ran off. So tl;dr Paul and Miracle were amazing! Lovely employees

This store has so many different options for alcohol. anything you’re looking for or you can probably find it here. There are so many choices. It is borderline, overwhelming, if you’re not sure what you’re looking for definitely plan to be there a while while you’re looking around at the tons of different options they have.

I love Total Wine! The best prices handsdown with the widest of selection of beverages. They also have excellent taste testing daily.

This place has it all! You want big bottles, small bottles, wine, liquor, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, huge selection of specialty beer. Mixers, mixing tools, glasses, cigars. ... The list goes on! Its a 21+ version of the North Pole! Yum! Also, the tastings and customer service at total wine is really great too! (Quick mention about cost...prices are competitive on many products so watch your local mom and pop liquor store sales because often they are close in price and mama will prob appreciate the business a little more :)).
