David Gerzina was most helpful in resolving issues that were caused by a local authorized retailer. He was patient, kind and extremely customer focused. I would recommend him and this location! Thank you for turning a rough situation into a positive experience.

I’ve been a customer since 1992. Wouldn’t have our service with anyone other than AT&T.

When parts weren't available for the screen on my phone, Kevelyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my phone got repaired. What was such a headache talking to customer service, she made it happen getting the screen delivered to her own home and got it done the next day. Thank you so much!!! 🙂

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Kevin with a warm smile and a firm handshake. His friendly demeanor immediately made me feel invited. I’m sure I was probably not the easiest customer he has had to deal with but he did a great job being patient with me as he provided excellent service answering all of my many questions and making sure that my needs were met. I would highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kevin if you want an amazing experience such as I had. I can guarantee I will absolutely be back to see him in the future.

My cousin is challenged and needs help managing his device and his account. David was very patient; he gave us his full attention while he helped straighten out the account, set up a new phone, and tested it thoroughly before we left. He is knowledgeable and professional.

I brought my phone in to get my screen fixed so i could trade it in for a new phone. Amber was the tech who helped me. She was awesome. Incredibly pleasant and friendly, she was very helpful on stepping me through the process and had my phone completed very quickly. In a time where people are complaining about the service they receive at different businesses, i have absolutely no complaints about the service I received from Amber, she was exceptional!!

Coleman from this store so magnificently helpful. He got me in and out fast. He was able to get me some good deals and some new tech I didn’t even know I needed. I’m glad I stopped in today. I’ll be telling all my friends about the deals so they can get it too. Trust me, go to this store. I never write reviews but I feel like I needed to about this store.

Was helped by Sam. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Was bummed that iPhone 13 pro max were sold out as we drove a ways to purchase 2. Will have to wait but willing to do because everyone has been helpful.

The repair tech, Amber, was incredibly competent in her job. No nonsense and she didn't mess around. She made me feel like she cared about my problem and helped me solve it as soon as she could. I'm impressed with her. Having someone like that is what makes a place great. Thank you amber!

Huge shout out to Colin and Gabbi tonight for the outstanding service and assistance with getting our new phones and all transferred stuff to & from old to new phones!! They were kind and bubbly with stellar personalities and genuine thoughtfulness to us both, along with remembering us as return customers meant a lot to my husband and I!! I would give them both much higher than 5 ***** if I could!! They are solid and deserving of 10********** in my opinion!! They make coming to this store well worth the wait when they are busy!! We have left the store if they weren’t present because we wanted them to be our sales associate!! Be proud of these 2 employees; they are the best of the best!!

Justin and Colin were AWESOME! I walked in, I told them what I wanted, and they helped me get there. They presented my options, gave their recommendations, all with zero pressure. I was in and out within 30 minutes and got exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier! I’m so glad to know these are the kind of people who work at the store closest to me.

I popped in last night to check on that deal they have for the S22. (Good deal, by the way) but I wasn't in the mood for anything other than some information. Zero pressure to buy or upgrade or sign up for a new contract. Justin, the store manager, was upbeat and ready to talk small print, even though the store was close to closing. He looked up my account, told me what I needed to know, showed me how to save money, if I did want to go in on the deal and then let me leave to make the decision on my own. More companies need helpful employees like this. I would absolutely send people to this specific ATT store.

The team was amazing at helping my mother and I switch her phone over to a newer (my used) model: they switched to the correct SIM card and walked us through a couple other updates and the procedure to switch her contacts. We did not purchase new equipment (today), but we were very pleased by the attention and service we received. This is why this location has been my go-to for as long as they have been here. Thank you!!

I had a great online chat customer service experience with Apple. The rep did a great job explaining the different features for the Apple watches and iPhone's. I was so Able to make the best choice to suit my personal wants and needs based on how much I wanted to spend. The online report even put it all together for me in my shopping bag on my online account for purchase. This is one Very happy long time Apple customer!

Charlie, the manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us upgrade two phones. He made it easy to understand, made it happen in a short time and was very personable. I’ve been an ATT customer for many years. He was the best!

I just my iPhone 12 at this store on the firstnet plan. Sergio was great!!! I want back three times before making my final decision and through it all, he was very patient. I also got a deal from the manager on the watch plan. Highly recommend this place!

I was charged extra $60 in activation fees I was never told about or consented to. Sneaky business practice but it did not slide by me

Samantha was extremely helpful during the appointment. Sam helped us get a new phone with no issues, exceeded expectations and we walked out of the store with more than we could have asked for. Highly would recommend this store as every employee was amazing and understanding to our concerns.
