I always have a great experience when I go into Fred Meyers. I love the help desk, everyone there is so helpful and polite. My experience in Fred Meyer is always a delight!!!!!

Great "little" Fred Meyer. Its one of the older small format Fred Meyer stores focusing mainly on the grocery side of things, but there are some housewares and garden items. Store is has a wide selection and decent prices. Self-checkout makes getting in and out easy. Parking is easily accessed and ample.

Great for some house hold products and school products plus dogs and cats and is a great grocery store no furniture or clothing but 19th fredmyers down the street has everything like toys clothing and more . Both great stores .

Love our Fred Meyers Store. No matter what time we shop everyone always help us what direction items are. Customer service is how customer 's return . & in these times all workers are doing over the top to do their best work. ,To be over the top.with an organized & clean store.

One of the best grocery stores in Tacoma, the employees are very friendly and there's not a lot of vagrant activity outside. No police etc to make you feel like you entered the hood.

Variety of products, well stocked. Clean, relatively easy to preserve social distancing. Friendly people to assist and cashier.
In the last many months, products or brands get phased out. So some items that I rely on have disappeared from the shelves, often replaced by other brands or substitutes.

This location has throughout the day, an amazing staff. My youngest is autistic an eats certain foods. This location always has her foods in stock! I even give her those mini carts an she will shop around for her foods (at 6). The staff are always complimenting her too. Very warm & inviting location.

I want to thank JoLyn of the Fred Meyer (James Center) Bakery for doing an awesome job. You see, her shift was ending, and she had no reservation in taking the time to decorate a cake for me freehand. It came out great! Her willingness to assist was heartfelt. Thank you!

Shout out to the gals on the family lane register. You are the best, always putting up with my coupons and reward deals on top of my WIC stuff and ebt requirements.

It's a Fred Meyer, what's not to like. The pharmacist who gave us our flu shots was HILARIOUS and made it an enjoyable time.

Fred Myers did a fantastic remodeling of their bathroom.

Hands-down my favorite grocery store. I've been shopping here for about 20 years. I love the layout to this Fred Meyer better than some other FM stores. Plus the clearance items (vegetables, fruit, etc.) are phenomenal! I've saved a lot of money here. And both the regular and self-checkout lines are super fast compared to some other grocery stores nearby (*ahem* Safeway). Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. However, some items in the health food section are discontinued/out of stock for awhile, so I'll have to hop from FM store to another.

I've never had a bad experience here. Wish they had a better selection of certain items seeing as they're across the street from a college, but much better than other options in the same area. Best deli chicken strips, almost as good as KFC!

Our local grocer we frequent at least once a week. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores in my opinion. The staff is always very helpful and the fresh meat and seafood counter generally offers good choices for a good price.

It's a nice grocery store. Not as fancy as some others. Good selection, mostly friendly faces. I must address the panhandlers situation at the entrance of the parking lot. Aggressive panhandling being done here, they should be proud of their efforts.

Large and probably covers all your grocery needs. Even has a bulk nuts section. Relatively lower prices. Ample parking and finally found a grocery with self checkout aisles which helps if you're an express type shopper who almost always has less than 15 items to checkout!
