Value Village

Value Village is a great spot to find just about anything second-hand. They have great used and new products for very reasonable prices. Parking is often easy to find. Security is on point, and the location feels safe and secure. The line is never too long to wait in, and I look forward to my next visit. 10/10

I visit this location frequently and the employees are always very nice and helpful. they have lots of good stuff and at fair prices. I especially love buying holiday decor second hand and they always have a good selection

This store is a personal favorite. I always find various cute trinkets and a large variety of clothing. The associates here are friendly and personable/helpful. Prices are average to a little above what I have seen historically for thrift stores but if it's generally worth it for the items with higher prices. If you're looking for unique items and capable employees, I think you'll find something here.

Literally the best thrift store around. I always find the best books, clothes (for me and my son) and furniture. I come here several times a week

Value Village has great variety of used items. Pretty fun to go and browse. The only critique I have is that it is a for-profit venture, whereas St. VINCENT De Paul and goodwill are not. Either way, it is fun to check out! Take a look at the awesome lamp I got there

Excellent selection of clothing, very organized and clean. The staff are very pleasant.

I called because I couldn't find a suitcase at any of the Goodwill stores. Miss Mary answered and was very helpful, polite and didn't rush me off the phone like some people do.
I got what I needed with ease and picked up a couple other things, all of which were quite a bit cheaper than they would've been at Goodwill.
At checkout, they showed excellent customer service. Next time I'm back in town, I'll be sure to come back in.

EDIT: They finally finished filling the potholes behind the store. Bumping stars up from 3 to 5 stars. Store is OK, but there EDIT WAS a huge pothole behind the store where they take donations that gave me a flat tire. I asked them about filling it and at least putting a traffic cone out there until they fill the pothole. They said they will talk to the property manager to get the ball rolling on filling the pothole. The pothole is till there but I did see a traffic cone so at least there's that. Will bump upto five stars when they fill the pothole - EDIT POTHOLE HAS BEEN FILLED, 5 STARS. Picture attached of former massive pothole location for reference.

Loren did a fantastic job serving me today. I had accidentally left my receipt here a few minutes into me departing this location, and when I realized I left it, I went back to retrieve it. When I explained to him what happened, he saw it and gave it to me. He did great today, thank you Loren! :)

I go here occasionally and always find interesting things. It's clean and well lit. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I love their book selection. They tend to be high on clothes and shoes but the quality is usually good. My one complaint is that they never have enough carts, so be aware of that. If they had double what they have now it would be a little short. It's a customer service thing and people buy more if they have a cart.

I love Value village. There I'd always staff buzzing around putting inventory out and most of them are very helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and organized for a thrift store. Most prices are fair. I highly recommend them.

I enjoy shopping here and sometimes browse for more than 2 hrs. I spend at least $100 a month here and visit at least 4 times a month. Lately the people working here have been Friendly, Helpful, and very patient with customers. I love donating for 20% off discount coupons. Being able to pull up to the back of the building to donate large items or pick up big finds is really convenient.

First time for breakfast. First visit ever. Will come back for other meals. Waitress was good. Even though two ladies came in and was rude to waitress and got mad. It wasn't the waitress' fault. The customer ordered drinks for breakfast but when mentioned of food was mumbling in the other direction... They just needed to talk to her face to order and not when she walked away in another direction. Not waitress' fault. The two customers fault... had the GaLL to get mad when left.

Nice store to visit and expend little and great outfits! This is one of the stores that have a lot of brand new clothing with the original store tags. Talk about savings! And by the way, the employees are so attentive and professional and knowledgeable, always willing to help everybody. They sure look like employees that like their job and always with smile and a happy face! For me this is the #1 in its kind in this city !

They keep the store clean. I saw a gentleman using UV light to disinfect merchandise. Carts are disinfected. With good luck, one can find some excellent bargain there.
Went today March 15, the checkouts are all self service. To get senior discount, you need to get an attendant.
Wonderful that they still clean the shopping cart.
Noticed that about 50% of the shopperz, including us, are still wearing masks.

Very kind staff and honestly a well kept up store there were no clothes on the floor etc. very neat. I love that I always find something no matter what. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try shopping here! Sometimes the prices are on the higher side but still have great deals otherwise!

Purchased several sitting light weight hooded jackets for spring walks. And a couple of extra large t shirts to sleep in, more comfortable than regular PJs. Had a 20 percent discount coupon. Like the new self checkout. Staff very helpful.
