Old Navy

I ordered some shirts online and the order was completed in less 2 hours which was awesome! The store was very busy when picked up my items but the associates made sure that the store was clean and extremely well organized. I have to give a shot out to my cashier, Allyson, and the store manager. Allyson is very helpful, funny, courteous, and just a sweet girl. The male store manager also was extremely helpful and polite. I was in and out of the store 100% satisfied with the service and clothing.

Absolutely love this location, I've been coming here for a long time and they never let me down. Stopped in today to get some pants and a few other things and the ladies here were amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. And everything is very neat and easy to find. All in all I love this location. They're amazing and today was no exception. And for someone that hates shopping I gotta say thanks for making my shopping experience enjoyable.

Miranda was the kindest cashier!! She made my experience unforgettable and has really pleasant manners. I am so thankful for people like her that make something like a simple night all the better. Thank you so much for being so kind ❤

This store is great, however they need to add a couch/sitting area for dads who are done shopping it cannot leave. Alternatively, they could buy/rent an adjacent area in the strip mall and have a little bar and grill for us dads to watch sports and settle down with a beer.

Took my brother here and he loved it! Nice size store. Kids section is so cute. Lots of nice clothes on sale. Loves the accessories section. Like that they sell drinks and other cute little things. Prices are reasonable. Everything I've bought in the past is still good today. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Customer service are rock stars! Really nice team.

They have the best selection for all sizes. They have good sales and good styles. This was my first time in the store and it was a bit overwhelming. I went for clothes for work (professional looking) and since I won't wear a dress, their slacks had a good selection. When I went to look for jeans for my son, they were a bit too pricey for me. Should the need arise, I'll go again.

Had to go in the store to exchange and online order and while I couldn't find the exact item I had purchased Sarah was amazing in helping me look and ended up finding me a great option instead, THEN at check out Paige was amazing and informative about the process for my refund and "new purchase" since it was online I wasn't aware that it is not like a traditional exchange. All in all I was very pleased with the service provided today

Hi guys, I've worked retail for the last 15yrs & a lot of these reviews are due to customer lack of knowledge. One of the bad reviews was due to a customer having $8 worth of clearance items, which clearance items clearly doesn't apply to the $55min. purchase of reg. price items u need in order to get the $10off discount, which is why she grabbed $10 worth of socks to ensure u were at the min. purchase requirement, so the store clerk surely knew what she was doing. Also, if u have to do an exchange, use common sense & just kindly inform the door clerk whose directing u to the return line, that u 1st need to get what u want to exchange it for bef going to the line--they'll understand

I love this old navy. So welcoming and great customer service all the time. Always find some good deals in the clearance section and they even have a plus size section as well instead of having to order online. If the price is wrong they fix it without hesitation and the store is almost always clean.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an old navy and all because of Alexa!! I’ve been shopping at old navy since high school and this was one of the best trips hands down!! It was a busy Saturday but Alexa took her time to help me without rushing me. She was able to help me get a great deal on some workout clothes. I’ll def be going back to this location!!

I was looking for some men's pants I couldn't get online cuz the size was unavailable. I saw the pants in the store but again not the right size. An employee helped me look, then looked on her hand help computer for the exact pants I couldn't get online. She found them, ordered them right then, I filled out my info right on her little computer & she took my payment - all without having to stand in line & found the sizes that were not available to me on the customer website. Loved it. I was in & out in a matter of minutes!

Great service here. Raelyn helped me by explaining the coupons/ offer, and find what I was looking for. Her efforts helped me save money. Not the closest Old Navy to my house but I probably keep coming to this one.

2 excellent experiences with 2 excellent employees. About a month ago we had Josh check us out and he was so positive, happy and uplifting. All smiles. And today yesenia was also joyful and helpful. Customer service is KEY and these 2 killed it. We will happily return.

I love shopping at old navy. Some days are a hit or miss when finding your size/style. I love coming to the Selma, TX old navy. Their super friendly, always have a great flow.
