The UPS Store

Came into the store today to do some returns and shipments and Cayce helped me take care of everything. She was very friendly and efficient in all her work, asked me questions I wouldn’t have thought of, she’s very knowledgeable! Thank You guys for all your hard work!

Staff/Customer service is always super friendly. Everyone at this location greets you with a smile and is quick to help in anyway they can.

I am not good at all with phone or computers am the people at UPS was so helpful they even printed the return label off my phone I really appreciate it

I do not live in the area but have used UPS in Woodway several times when visiting for work projects. Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had to do multiple rush projects and they have always been accommodating to my print needs and timelines. It’s refreshing and when you visit, you will see they treat everyone this same way.

Every single time I visit this store I take notice of how kind and attentive the staff are. I go in for shipping and sometimes for printing, and the service consistently exceeds my expectations. Today they helped me with a printing job that otherwise would have been overwhelming. Pam, Isabella, and Sam (and more) are always helpful and today was no exception. They work hard and are doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Bella was amazing. I came in with five different packages to ship (Amazon electronic returns) and it was very confusing and she figured it all out!

Fast, efficient, and great quality work. I utilized their service to print a spiral bound handbook for our company and it turned out so professional.

I always love coming to the Hewitt location! They are quick and efficient and always smile and refer to me by name either before or after the transaction. I never dread coming here even if there is a line. Pam always takes good care of me and always smiles and makes my day a little bit better! I will always use UPS whenever I can!

Always a great experience at this UPS store. Lines move quick. Friendly staff. Ever since I’ve been going here this employee named Thomas has been very helpful. I always have a car full of 40 pound boxes and Thomas is always helping me and if the store has no other customers he has even come out to help me unload the car.

We were there to drop off some AMAZON packages. Very friendly environment; even the customers there were extremely helpful. We forgot to bring a box for our package. A customer graciously offered to give us his box. Brad was very helpful and patient, and provided wonderful service!!

Pam has always been polite and helpful when I have ever had to go to the UPS Store. She gets done with whatever you need and you never feel rushed, even when there is a line, although she is being efficient when needed. Always very courteous.

Pam was wonderful. She got a dolly & took it out to the car and helped me unload my 5 big boxes. Took them in and made all my shipping labels got an extra box for me and packed rest of things. Reminded me I could get a discount with my AARP card. Very professional and kind. Love this store!

I deal with the Hewitt Dr. Location in Waco regularly and they are always super friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of having Philip help me today and he was amazing! Employees like him make you leave smiling and are the exact reason why I keep choosing this location.

The UPS store on Hewitt Drive printed some music parts and scores for me. I was very impressed and pleased! I had never had to print something like that before and decided to take a risk on UPS. So very glad I did! Brooke helped me out, and she was wonderful. UPS was very detail oriented and fulfilled all of my detailed requests perfectly.

Every time I go the UPS store in Hewitt the workers are always friendly and very helpful.
