Old Navy

I absolutely love this Old Navy! The vibe here is so peaceful and the people that work there are amazing. I went in to do some post-birthday shopping and misunderstood a discount code I was given. It was for online purchases and not in-store. I was ready to pay without it (wasn't the reason I came in anyway) but the manager put it through for me all the same. 3 years running, I've had the best experiences here and that's why I keep coming back!

Old Navy always has nice clothes. Staff is ready to assist even if you don't ask. Store very organized. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

Lyndsey was very helpful, it did not have the size I needed in-store. She went out of her way to find other locations that did carry the size, but ultimately she ordered the sizes online to be delivered to my home, thanks for your help again! You're awesome.

A lot of good to excellent deals. Not cheap prices but inexpensive sales.

I had a return I had purchased online and I was hoping to exchange sizes in store. The store did not have my items to be able to exchange and the associates suggested to call online customer support to make an even exchange. However, to save me some time and a call, the associate checked my items to see if online had my sizes available and unfortunately they did not. Even though I did not get the sizes I wanted, the people at the store were super helpful, kind and saved me a call and time. It's appreciated, thank you

Always love the quality of the clothes at Old Navy. Sometimes hard to find my size there but still love going. The cashier Katie was very polite and helpful. Had a great smile and everything. Really satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend going. They almost always have great sales too.

Went to three different Old Navy's and couldn't find jeans in my size!!! Went to Ingram and they said there were 2 pairs at this location. I drove here and an employee named Caleb greeted me with a smile and helped me find them quickly. I asked if he was a manager because he was so knowledgeable about the men's department and what items look great together. He helped me find nice shirts to go with my jeans. In addition to that I received all around awesome service!!!! Store was neat, fitting rooms were clean and cashier's were quick! Thanks to Caleb and others this will be my new go to store!

Amazing Service - Management on 10!! I called the store and spoke with Crystal . I was looking for performance fleece for myself and I called with some questions. Crystal was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Honestly stores could use more managers like her. I will definitely be ordering more clothes from old navy thanks to her!!

I love how I can shop for me and my daughter in the same store and at time we can match on mommy and daughter clothes. Always good sales as well. Love the style of dresses now being knee length instead of mini dress. Keep it up old navy

Great deals ALWAYS!!! very well stocked this time around but overall always check old navy because they always have some deal going on. Highly recommend!

Man... being a husband sometimes isn't easy when it comes to returning or exchanging clothes. Lord knows we need our wife's to do that for us 😆 In this case, Erin a young lady employee basically walked me thru to store to exchange what I needed and ordered what was not available inside the store. Convenient location - can be hard to get out of the parking lot and onto the access road at times, but it's really as good as any other Old Navy.

Selection, pricing is fine, store cleanliness, and staff friendliness are perfect.

I enjoy shopping at this Old Navy because the staff is very helpful. This past August while preparing my son for school the manager was very helpful when it came to finding my son a nice style of pants that would fit his body structure perfectly.

Old Navy is great! Good prices, solid clothing options. Cashier (Monique) was really helpful and kind--customer service is usually top notch!

I want to say that Denise went above and beyond. We were looking for a men's certain size shirt and she made a phone call and was able to find it for us. We had been to other locations and no one attempted to look for other locations. We need more employees like Denise working at Old Navy stores.

I didn't catch her name but the girl who cashed me out has gorgeous eyes. Hopefully she takes my number down 😅 Also, old navy is awesome 👌🏻
