AT&T Store

Hunter was extremely professional and beyond helpful. A very nice young man. I wish there were more Hunter’s around. I am beyond happy. Best experience at AT&T.

During my most recent visit to the AT&t store at 4016 Watson Blvd Warner Robins, Georgia. I was greeted by Mr. Antonio Reed and I explained an issue that I wasn't able to resolve online. Mr. Reed immediately assured me that he would be able to resolve the issue, and walked me through the process step by step. Mr. Reed is definitely a valuable asset to the AT&T Team, and displayed an extremely high level of proficiency, professionalism, and courtesy that's second to none. I've been an AT&T customer for many years, and due to total professionals like Mr. Reed, I will always continue to be!!!

The staff greeted me at the door and immediately addressed my needs. Manny answered all my questions. I purchased and transferred data to my new phone and I was gone within the hour. Good experience

Switching from Verizon to AT&T today and customer service is great and saved so much money by switching. Better prices and got a whole lot more for my money. I have purchased 4 new phones plus insurance and paying what I was at Verizon for only one phone and no insurance. Really recommend.

I want to give a big shout out to the assistant manager, Rashida, who was able to troubleshoot my problem with my new prepaid account tonight. After spending almost 6 hours of my time on the phone with customer care and getting nowhere, I was directed to the nearest store. She was attentive, listened, and was able to rectify my billing issue in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for the excellent customer service at the 11th hour, and after spending so much time in what felt like the circle of death all day on the phone, I appreciate you and your help!

We didn’t have to wait at all to talk with a representative. She handled our issue while correcting the problems. She was very courteous.

Jennifer P is an angel. She sold me my I phone 12 pro max and helped me pick out a case and then beautifully put my brand new screen protector on my new phone for me then I had earned a mag safe and she plugged it in and showed me how it works yesterday . Today she did all that for my husband again on his new I phone 12 pro max and he got accessories and charged them to the bill and she helped him. We love Jennifer so much. We will wait an hour just so she can wait on us. Please promote her and do something nice for her.

I have had several less than good experiences with At&t but today was different. Emily was amazing!!! She was knowledgeable, transparent, and informative not to mention pleasant. She made up for the half dozen bad experiences I have had there. She is great at her job and i recommend that anyone wants to be treated like they matter...ask for Emily!

Great customer service will definitely be back and I'll tell all my neighbors to switch to At&t for their cellphone service and internet service as well.

We changed providers, and they needed to turn our phones on. The person who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Had 2 attempted online orders canceled on me during a promo period. Went to the store and the AT&T rep completed the order I wanted, and was able to figure out why my online orders were canceled on me. She was awesome and had me in and out the store rather quickly, but also took her time to make sure I was good. Very friendly and caring service!
