Dominique provided excellent customer service. It was a busy Saturday and she was working alone and handled an office full of clients so gracefully. She also helped us realize a climate control unit would be the better option for storing my daughters college furniture.

We chose Prime storage because of the convenient location and affordable prices. Online process was easy to use. Dominique was very helpful in showing us our unit and getting us set up with the lock and gate code. Overall a great experience!

Great group of people to deal with! I had a special request that was out of the ordinary and they worked to accommodate me (I stored my boat with them)!! Their location is very clean and convenient, I highly recommend them for any storage needs you may have.

Dominique was extremely helpful in handling of both updating my insurance policy to avoid a surcharge but more importantly help adjust my monthly bill after a substantial increase in the rate. She was friendly and professional, which seems to be rare these days in matters of customer service. Prime Storage cares about their tenants and strives to retain their business.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. So far my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Even let me keep a storage pod on location over the weekend so I could move stuff from it into one of their units.

If I could I would give 100 stars after the lengths that Greg went through to help me tonight. Turns out I wasn't even at the right facility but he went above and beyond and came and found where I was and then I couldn't get out and he didn't get mad or upset and helped me to figure out how to make the great escape. Then waited for me so I could follow him to the correct place and made sure I found my unit and could get back in since my code wasn't working. He didn't have to do anything thay he did and it is so greatly appreciated. They have a customer for life... as long as I can find my way back again.🤣 Greg once again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Prime Storage is the PRIME place to store your belongings, equipment or any other materials. We own FUNTIME INFLATABLES, a local woman owned business that has been storing our equipment here since 2019. They have always been in exceptionally helpful and kind with a fair price for the space you rent and the exceptional service you’ll receive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Prime Storage on Carolina Beach Road for any services you’ll need. You can even park you boat or camper here as well. They do it all! Call Star or Erica and they will get you totally straight. You have my word on it.

The facility is as clean as you may find. The pricing and offers are as competitive and fair as you may find. The staff is exceptional in efficiency, knowledge and courtesy beginning with the phone call ( not on location) made to begin my inquiry for a contract. Just moved my furniture into a storage unit here which we made chaotic and the staff handled it amazingly! Between having two uhaul uboxes dropped off to switching storage units sizes and honoring everything they promised us! We worked with a lot of the staff in the off and online so thank you to all!

Great location near Monkey 🐒 junction area of Wilmington NC. First month free on larger units. Offering climate control and standard units. Very large facility to meet your needs when moving and travelling the coast.

Really - how much do you expect from your storage unit ? Clean, secure, safe, easy access at a reasonable price. On all those counts, Prime has delivered for the last 3 years I’ve had some sort of storage with them. But my reason for the 5 star review is the customer service. Everyone I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with seems to have a genuine interest in customer service - from the follow up , to the alerts if you’re looking for something in particular, to the help securing the right unit for your needs.
