S&C catered our intimate garden wedding dinner and we couldn’t be happier. Our (50) guests raved about the food, their service, and their consideration for each other. The evening went off with out a hitch - they provided a champagne tower, full bar, table service, and ice cream stand. Highly recommend them for any food event!

Salt & Charm helped us with our Christmas party when our prior catering company had to cancel due to an emergency. With only 3 days to plan, Emily helped us create the perfect menu. Because it was a last-minute event, we had to host it as a drop-off instead of a staffed event, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Our guests were very impressed with everything; many asked who the caterer was! We will definitely use them again for our business and personal needs. I ordered my first week of meals and wow! The shrimp were juicy and delicious; jumbo peeled and deveined with lemon on the side. The roasted vegetables were delicious and crispy reheated on a sheet pan. I’m looking forward to trying everything else. Thank you for affordable, healthy and delicious meals!!

The Salt and Charm team is amazing to work with! The food was amazing and we had several guests comment on how much they enjoyed it. We can't wait to come back and visit The Starling as well. If you are looking for wedding catering, give them a call!!

We have enjoyed the pickup meals each week for more than two years. We've tried so many new meals and been surprised many times that we liked a new dish. Hubby really likes the soups and the shrimp and grits when it's on the menu. Also, the holiday menus are always a hit with our family. The red velvet cake was wonderful this Christmas. Thanks to the S+C team for bringing variety to our menus and for excellent food!

Salt and charm catered our small intimate wedding and left no detail untouched. We had a hard time finding people that would cater for such a small group and s+c did it no problem. The professionalism was top notch as well as the presentation, keeping on top of the timeline and not to mention the food itself!! Portions were plentiful and everyone was super impressed. It was absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be using them again the future.

We have used Salt + Charm a number of times for meal prep and the dishes are so delicious! It’s so nice to have both options of either home delivery or pickup so that it can work with whatever needs you have that week. You can get premade full meals, family sized meals, or buy the parts separately (protein, veggies, etc). There’s always such a great variety and I love that they have a breakfast option each week too!

Where to start...amazing food - OF COURSE! But more than the beautiful bites they delivered and prepared on site (oooh those pulled pork biscuits, the fried chicken waffle skewers and tuna crudo wantons....) was the whole experience of being catered for by this group of amazing folk. They made our event wildly tasty, super thoughtful, generous - well, they blew us away. This wasn't the first time we have used Salt & Charm and most certainly wont be the last. AMAZING. Salt and Charm catered our wedding two weeks ago and they were nothing short of amazing. From working with Chef Emily on our menu at the tasting to solidify exactly what we wanted to the execution. Our wedding was approximately 100 people, plated dinner, which was no small task with our venue having a smaller prep kitchen. Passed apps included their bacon wrapped scallops, pulled pork biscuit and tomato pies. All were a hit, but the star of cocktail hour was their oyster bar. We had oysters on the half shell and some additional of their gin chili lime oysters. People who never have eaten oysters were hooked. Our salads were pre-plated Wedge Salads and then we had a surf and turf dinner with beef tenderloin, shrimp, potatoes, and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. Their staff were friendly and quick during dinner service and they also helped tackle cake cutting and helping us serve a late night snack. Highly recommend for any of your catering needs.

We hosted an intimate dinner party for 11 people at our home. Both Mel who bartended and helped all evening and our chef, Allegra, whose food was insane, made it the perfect night. They made everything look exquisite and taste wonderful. Every step of preparing and executing the evening was well produced and lovely.

The food tastes amazing. We tried a few different meals and they all were fresh and the meats were tender. Definitely will be ordering again. Thanks 😊

Salt and Charm catered a 60th birthday party for us with about 50 people. The menu was delicious, and all our guests raved about the food. The chef and servers made it so easy by handling all the set up and clean up. They even added garnish to the buffet table and fans to keep the flies away since it was outdoors. Great food & service!

Amazing women cooking delicious food. I first experienced their catering at a farm to table event years ago. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of using S+C in home services, as well as their pick up menu and Sunday delivery service. The combination of quality, flavor, and convenience are the best I’ve found in Wilmington. Abbye, Emily, and crew are gracious and talented chefs.

I know Emily for years. She is not only a great cook but a genius. She made an amazing cake for my husband. It was a piece of art.
