Had an amazing experience at this autozone. When I called to ask if they do certain things there the lady was very nice to talk to. When I went to the store Ron helped me with all my needs and was the sweetest guy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

I had to get a new car battery and Bill was so helpful and kind! He showed me all my options and their warranties and then installed the battery in my car in the rain! After I was all good to go I had some lights turn on, on my dash so Bill ran a quick check to make sure all was well and they went away after I drove a few miles!! Thanks Bill for your help!

Extremely helpful staff! Ronald went out to my truck and removed the wiper blades to ensure we had the correct ones and then installed the new ones in the rain!!

Amazing! I came in for wiper blades and Ronald not only helped me but measured mine to make sure we grabbed the right size and installed the new ones for me. Also let me know that the pricier ones I was looking at would not fit the car right. Thank you again and I will definitely be back!!

Jack was extremely helpful and cleaned off the battery acid that was blocking the charge to my car. I also bought a new car battery. Rick was also helpful and tested my battery voltage to help diagnose the issue versus the alternator being a problem.

This Autozone has always helped make my day easier. The fellow with the english accent is top notch! He always makes sure to tell me about sales, comparable products, amd makes sure the part is correct before sending me home, i wish i could remember his name! A Knowledgeable and helpful staff that i will continue to go see for my vehicles!

Went in needing a battery change. Ronald immediately assisted me. I was out as quickly as possible and Ronald made the experience an absolute delight!

Awesome Experience. Had severe erosion on my battery that was not dealt with by the car dealership during my last oil change. Rick R was able to have all of the erosion removed from the battery terminal and installed a new battery without any issue. Many thanks to Rick R for his hard work!

Rick helped with the installation of my battery. Took him 10 minutes to do what would have taken me all day!

Stopped at another auto store where they advertise free installation .... however because my battery was under the seat they wouldn’t touch it. Drive down to Rick at Autozone and no questions asked no hesitations he sold me the right battery (for cheaper) AND offered to install it.

Rick R was awesome!!! He is the man he worked in the heat to replace some brake bulbs and a fuse. I didn’t even have to ask he just went ahead and did it!!! Such a good guy!! Who takes his job seriously. He deserves a raise. Thank you, Rick much appreciated 😃😃

What an amazing experience I’ve had at this Auto Zone (again, might I add)!!!! One of the managers, Rick, was fantastic. Rick went above and beyond to ensure that I walked away with a positive experience. As a VW owner, parts can be hard to come across outside of a VW dealership- but that did not stop Rick from troubleshooting and helping me. In the end, I was able to get the piece I needed and installed all because of Rick’s dedication and resilience. Thank you a million + 1 times again, Rick. This specific Auto Zone location in Wilmington, NC definitely has a wonderful crew assembled and a customer who will always stop here first for her car needs :)

Great experience!! Suspected my battery was failing, went in to the Oleander Drive store and was waited on imediately. Rick was very helpful, checked my battery. It was bad as I suspected. He had an exact match for my van, rang it up, gave me a discount and had it installed is less than 15 minutes! It doesn't get any better than this!!!!

Had the BEST service with Ronald. He was so kind and helpful. He changed my wiper blades for me and gave me some good tips on making them last longer. Give this man a raise!

My car would not start this morning. Ugh! But during my lunch a friend was able to jump my car so I could drive to AutoZone to have the battery tested. Rick helped me. He was very quick, incredibly helpful and as hospitable as any good southern gentleman. In about 20 minutes he tested my battery, explained options, and installed a replacement. I could not be happier with the service!
