Okay. For the record the ONLY reason this Auto zone got 5 stars is because Mrs. Dawn saved the day. I went in the have my battery charged dropped it off at 8:30 am. Getting concerned and ready to go home I finally call at 3pm to see if it’s ready. Which it was, I’m already slightly irritated cause I’m like when was anyone going to tell me, but awesome, I can go home now. THEN I walk back there I’m informed that apparently Joe (who seemed irritated that my battery was in the back of the car) stuck a note up there saying the battery didn’t hold a charge. Mind you he was already off and gone by the time I got up there! So this dude REALLY had me sitting in a restaurant for almost 7 damn hours JUST FOR ME TO FIND OUT THE BATTERY WAS NEVER EVEN CHARGING. And I’m NEVER one to complain but come on, this was unacceptable. THEN NOT ONLY THAT, he already had an attitude and didn’t want to deal with the battery, yall, I PICKED UP THE BATTERY AND PUT IT ON THE CART FOR HIM!!!!! Now I don’t mind, but Mrs. Dawn was literally out there sweating dealing with that battery! I offered to help but she responded “That’s what I’m here for that’s my job”. Then offered to jump my battery if needed, made sure I was good and helped me price out some new batteries! It’s crazy to think you let a female out shine you especially with this industry being full of men! And I’m pretty sure every worker there is not lazy as Mrs.Dawn proved. But people like Joe give y’all store a bad look. I also plan on sending this to HR because that was so unacceptable. Thank you Mrs. Dawn for getting me straight. She really turned a 1 star review into a 5 seriously. Truly a hard working woman and pleasant with customers. Honestly the whole reason I didn’t snap.

I'm very impressed by the manager at this store. Completely slammed with work, taking all the phone calls and overwhelmed with customers in the store this guy still managed to keep calm and professional the entire time. As he was training new employees. Its hard to keep staff so it puts managers running entire businesses by themselves. Autozone is very lucky to have a manager like that.

Shout out to the staff working at this location on Sat, 5/27. All were very helpful and pleasant, despite the nasty weather and my need of a new battery. Julius and a colleague diagnosed the problem, helped me select the correct battery, and braved the weather to install the new one. Much appreciated--made my day!

My friend and I were replacing my regulator and motor for my drivers side window and had already purchased wrong item online. The guys working went above and beyond with their service to help us make sure we got the correct part this time and bared with all of our questions that probably weren't making much sense, But they had the most gracious of patients to help us! Their awesome!

Fantastic service! The staff are very friendly and helpful at this location. There are many stores nearby and this is in my opinion the best near my home. Came in to have the check engine light code read and asked to have my battery tested at the same time. They did both within a few minutes of my arrival and I'm glad we did because my battery was on its last legs and I saved myself being stranded. The young man who replaced the battery was very friendly and did the job confidently while carrying on a neighborly conversation. I was surprised to learn he had only been on the job for 4 days!

They could use more employees, since it took quite a while to get served, but their employees are wonderful. I went in for a battery, which they helped me install and they even helped me chase a rat out from under my hood. That's above and beyond. Every single employee was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. This is worth the drive across the bridge, both for car parts and for the rat relocation program.

Extremely nice crew! The manager himself took the time to check my battery and install it, while another person rang me up for the items. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. When I came back in to grab a drink from the hot weather, they told me not to worry about paying for it.

Simple small gestures like that really make the "experience" worth while and memorable. I'll be coming to this autozone every time no matter where in Wilmington I'm at.

Had an great experience there today, my Xterras battery died. Was checked and replaced with new battery. Employee, I believe his name was Daniel, I could be very wrong name wise, but he did and out standing job dealing with my very corroded terminal lines, and safely and properly installed a new battery for me. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I was safely back on the road. Even apologized for how long it took. Time wasn’t and issue for me I just needed to know my vehicle would start without issues. I have been to this store many times and always exceptional customer service! I will absolutely continue to use this business as my first choice whe it comes to automotive issues that help me avoid high cost dealership prices.

The best AutoZone parts store I've ever been to. Professionalism is top notch, they are genuinely trying to do their best for you and save you money, help you in anyway possible and make sure you are as happy as you can be when you drive off the lot. Kudos to you, this should be a flagship store for any struggling store in the chain. 😁

I have checked out the prices compared to the other leading parts stores around and they are almost always less than all the other places. I've been getting the majority of my parts at the store nearest to where I'm at and with the newer locations there is one not far from me. I was very impressed with the service at the one at Monkey Junction location and they really went above and beyond to help. I needed several specialty tools and did the repair right in the lot. Well done!

My boat battery died on the ramp and Patrick was able to back up and running within 30 minutes! He was incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location!
