AT&T Store

I had one of the best Customer Service experiences at the Carolina Beach rd. store with Angel. She went way beyond what you would expect anyone to do. She worked with me personally to obtain my phone, for more than a week. She drove 2hrs to pick it up and even interacted with my pervious provider so I didn't have to. I could go on; she lives up to her name. Thank you, Angel!!

I have been with AT&T for over 10yrs and Rachel and Phil are the BEST representatives my husband and I have ever experienced with any service provider. I can not thank them enough for their, kindness, helpfulness and patience (especially Rachel because we have dealt with her more) and I pray they get raises and recognition on their excellence customer care! Philip literally went above and beyond to help us with our At&t problem! He provided the best customer service we've ever had and I would recommend coming to this location over any location! I still can't believe how much he went through to help us and will be forever grateful! I wish we could do more than leave a review!! Just amazing customer service!! Thank you so much!

Store manager was very knowledgeable, informative and generous in his assistance. Found 25% I should've been saving on my bill overall and adjusted it accordingly! I'm extremely happy about that! Went in to get a newer phone and LA was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in helping to clean our bill up and was very patient with me. He got out late but never once rushed me. I am not the most tech savvy person so he even made sure I knew how to work my new phone. I will go to this location vs the one I usually go to on oleander for all of my needs because his customer service is the absolute best! Thanks LA for all of your help and patience!

Edwin was incredibly helpful when I stopped by the store to inquire about upgrading my IPhone and to discuss some other Apple devices. He explained everything clearly and concisely. And was very knowledgeable about Apple’s products. I could tell he cared more about making sure I was happy with my purchase and it fitting my needs over pushing products that would not suit me. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

AT&T at 5621 Carolina Beach Rd, Wilmington NC location provides outstanding customer services. I would prefer coming to this store whenever I need services from AT&T wireless instead of the stores closer to home. Edwin Barreras, the manager was very helpful, professional & knowledgeable. He took time to review my phone plan and advise of better plan to save money. The staff were highly skilled, friendly and courteous. Phone shopping is not always a good experience but they made it wonderful.

Our customer service rep was named LA. He was extremely knowledgeable and we felt he really had our best interest in mind. Not a pushy salesman. We did have to wait more than 20 minutes to see him, but it’s a small store, he was the o my one working and there were several people in front of us. Not his fault at all. Highly recommend the Monkey Junction location.

L.A. is really straightforward when he explains anything you have questions on. His customer service for my boyfriend and I have been great every time we stop in the store to purchase a phone or an accessory. Overall, my experience with this ATT store is always positive.

The customer service at this store is outstanding. Edwin and LA helped me so much. They went the extra mile to make sure my pictures and texts were saved when upgrading to a new phone. They are knowledgeable and efficient and nice!! I will never go anywhere else!!

Crystal and Edwin were absolutely wonderful. I was trading in my phone for an upgrade. Transferred all my data etc. When it came time to trade in my phone it wouldn’t accept it as a valid phone. They did not give up, and finally succeeded. I highly recommend this store, and these employees!

LA was awesome! Very helpful and answered questions easily. Had some problems with the computer/contract and handled it well. I would suggest upgrading in store computers to make their sales associates life easier. As, I said this was a computer glitch that he handled well, kept his cool and got me out with new phones!

To be honest this is hands down the best experience I have ever had in other any cell provider. I was promptly helped and the rep went the extra mile to ensure my needs and wants were met. I highly recommend this location!

Just recently switched over to AT&T and I must say the coverage my family and I have with you all, is amazing. The monkey junction store in particular, I have visited inside the store. The employees at this store were very accommodating to my needs both times and very friendly! I’m so glad I switched over from my previous company, and I am so glad I have this store near my home. Great customer service! ShaQuieta made the phone shopping experience a lot less painful than I imagined it to be! Had to add a company phone to our account. LA was the gentleman that helped me. We had several issues pop up during the course of our time. He took the time to do everything necessary and even go the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer. I would definitely recommend for any consumer to go to this store.
