McDonald's

One of the cleanest restaurants that I have seen a while. The food is always fresh and delicious! The young man at the register is always smiling and very polite. This is one of the better locations. For sure.

My preferred McDonalds in Torrington - always fast and friendly service with less of a line, and always clean/nicely decorated. Can always get 20-30% off your whole order too if you use the app deals.

Food was as expected. Be on the lookout, the payment window is in the middle of the curve as you drive to the pickup window! Very easy to miss!

Loren is the best ! She makes amazing iced coffees for me and always has the best service.

The restaurant is busy, but it's well run, and very clean.
Things have remained the same at this McDonald's franchise. They did do a full remodel of the entire restaurant. The access on and off of Route 202 is very convenient. They're open to eat in dining. And they're practicing proper Covid safety protocols.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. The owners are almost always on site and keep the place running smoothly. I have not had a bad take out experience there and the orders are always correct. I enjoy going in to the store to pickup instead of curbside pickup because the staff is friendly.

They appeared to be a little short-staffed today however they handled everything fast and efficiently despite the fact that people were getting frustrated and leaving the drive-thru line. They handled my doordash order quickly and if I had no problems.

Great deal on App, $1 large fries and $5 20 piece chicken nuggets. Fries 🍟 were hot and crispy. Overall great experience today.

I went to the McDonald’s on east main st in Torrington ct with my twin autistic grandsons. The person at the counter ( no name tag) was so completely wonderful and patient with them when they ordered in very shy voices, for a young person ( counter person) she showed such understanding and empathy towards them. Great job and thank you! Wear your name tag so people can give you the credit you deserve!

Food was hot that’s a first for McDonalds 10/10 would definitely recommend

Mcdonald's has lately been busy making changes on it's menu, much like Taco Bell. They are stream lining the menu to keep it focused on their favorites.

It's McDonald's. I don't think I need to get into specifics on the menu. The quality of the food and friendliness of the staff at this location is better than most. It's always a quick in-out when getting takeout.

Such a great group of people working the late shift. I was greeted and treated tremendously well and they did a great job preparing the food and serving it. Thank u all there!!! :)

Needed a quick breakfast and as usual McDonald's gets me going right each time. Food is always tasty.

This location by Walmart is way better than the location by price rite. They actually care about their customers

Like all McDonalds that I have visited it was clean (even the bathrooms). Friendly employees, and good food.
