We came in today for a battery check. Andrew was very helpful and Brandon was able to see that our battery was under warranty so there was NO charge!!
We had a wonderful experience!!!

So I came on Friday night close to closing the night manager Brandon help me even know though they was about to close the doors for the night. Brandon gave great customer service helping with a tail light I had broken and some tape for my light. He got my signed up for the rewards program and also helped my put the light in my car as I had know clue what I was doing so thank god he was there. Really appreciate him he was awesome!!!

Just want to shout out to the manager at this location tonight! Brandon went out of his way to check a few things for my car, even installed my headlight, and helped me price matched it against another store! Definitely come here for actual customer service!

Had a bad battery. They checked it out for free and verified that I needed a new one. They installed the battery for free and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes!!! Great, cheerful service!

Great group of associates at this location. They're always helpful and willing to answer any car questions. Shout out Hunter as I went in quick today on a lunch break . He was willing to assist me SUPER quickly. In and out and back to work right on time!! Great service. I brought in a defective battery that I purchased at this store and the staff replaced it, no flack given. They even helped me with the battery out to my car. This is my neighborhood auto store and I'm grateful that it's a good one.

They not only help you find what you need but will also come outside with you and install it for free for you. I went in needing new headlight bulbs and windshield wipers. They showed me my options and then came outside and put them in for me! Very friendly staff too.

Had to stop in first thing on a cold day while it was raining. Within seconds of entering the store we were asked how we could be helped.

We expained what was going on with our car and explained that it was dying but starting back up, and we would like him to test the battery and alternator to see if that was the problem.

He put on his rain coat and took his computer out in the rain to check our car. He told us the readout was fine and there were no problems with either the battery or alternator.

Then he told us that Honda's have a problem with the distributor cap and coils and that he really thought that was the problem.

Well the part was over $200 and of course he explained you can't return it once it is purchased as it is a non returnable item.

We figured since the battery and alternator tested fine maybe he was right.

He continued to explain how to replace the part on the car and said people have changed them in his lot before. He said he had the tools if we need to use them and explained everything I needed to do.

My friend called his mechanic friend who was willing to install it for $125 but I told him it sounded like something I could do.

Advance Auto Parts really came through on this and saved us a lot of money and time by explaining why he thought this was the problem and the proper way to install the part.

After we installed the new cap and coils the car ran and started excellent! He diagnosed the problem correctly and we got the car back on the road very quickly.

Greg was the guy that helped us and I must say he is really very knowledgeable and very helpful. He didn't complain about the weather and tell us to come back later, he did his job and he went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and he made sure we knew how to install the part.

Honestly this has been the best experience I have had at any of the auto part stores and I will make sure I return to this store for all of my parts.

I had an issue with my battery and they replaced it. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs & concerns.

I had an issue with a set of wiper blades and instead of going in the store and asking for the mgr because I purchased them on there web site for some reason I thought I should contact Advance through there web site.For some reason I did not get a reply at all which didn't help any however little did I know the District manger was well aware and assumed like most 'normal' people, I had gone into the store and left there not any happier by my problem not being solved so he in turn contacted Greg Prewitt the store manager wanting an explanation as to why things were not taken care of better and at that point Greg knew nothing about me or my wiper blades. I am guessing only minutes passed before Greg called me about the situation ready to step into this and do what he needed to do to help me and had the authority to do it as fast as I could get to his store. As you might guess with 5 stars he did just that. After meeting Greg I see why Advance has him running that store. Being in retail 35 years I have to say he could not have done one thing better. I have to credit the district mgr Roy Allen with addressing my needs fast and to my satisfaction as well. I just wish I had gone into the store in the beginning like most other customers would. NO doubt I did myself or anyone else any favors going the direction I did, a lesson learned even at my age . Thanks to Advance Auto!!

The service was great I end up buying a brand new battery but it was worth it because when the time is coming up and I will not have to get another one and I also have a warranty on it great place will return

Great all info i needed write away to fix my problem with out all the extra expense. Either new car these days easy fix for a jeep patriot and only cost the 24.00 for the parts thanks
