Lived in town for 15 years and never had an issue with our mail.👍 Within the last 2 months I've had to call the Post Office twice to see if I could pick up a package since we wouldn't be home and both times they were very friendly & extremely helpful. They even went to look for one from the UPS section & pulled the box off a pallet for us! Really helped me out and so grateful! I wouldn't recommend calling the national 1800# the search engine gives you though, it will make you crazy trying to speak with a real person. Search for the 623 #!!

The staff and front desk clerk's are always friendly and very patient. The parkinglot has also been updated for more room and space. Great job guys keep up the good work.

The staff are all really nice and very helpful. They'll even give you suggestions on how to best mail a package at the cheapest rate possible. I gave it 4 stars, because I really don't like the entrance to the parking lot. I bottom out every time I enter AND exit the parking lot, so just take it slow and be careful. Otherwise 5 star service for this post office.

The staff is friendly. However the young man, carrier, that delivers on one end of Old County Rd and Enfield St. area, never has headlights on or hazard lights on. This is very dangerous. He stops n goes he should have some kind of light lit on his vehicle at all times. This should be manadatory.

Everytime I go there is one person and very slow. Not friendly environment there. Parking is very small.

Slowest post office in the country no never comes before noon time been waiting on a letter that got sent out February 9th here it is the 20th and I still haven't received it another time I was waiting for something for an excessive amount of time it was said to be at the post office they said that the postman would be delivering till 6:00 at night they returned the mail to the post office and delivered it the next day extremely unimpressed with the Windsor Locks post office and their employees

I have not had my mail delivered for six days. They USPS is ignoring my attempts at contact and almost 24 hours later I have not heard from thm. This is theft. I am thoroughly upset.

It is now up to ten days with no delivery. The last USPS employee I tried to talk to, said thats not my job and I dont care. He than walked away.

Why does the USPS get to act in any way they can.

Don't bother using the service on stopping your mail at the post office on 10 main st in Windsor Locks. You can fill out the card but they totally ignore your request. I really don't know why this office hasn't been shutdown. It is only open during specific times, no one is at the counter, you have to ring a bell. You never know when your mail is going to be delivered, sometimes it is delivered twice in one day.

It just don’t make sense that they’re close for an hour lunch break. Smh that’s the time I’m on break n free to stop by huh just aggravating

I have not visited the USPS but it’s phone service is very poor.
