Wendy's

Great place to eat. Great customer service. Polite and attentive to requests. The only problem is the new manager. I been eating at wendy's for over 30 years. The new manager at the wendy's in East windsor is a terrible manager. He is laud rude to customers, but worst to the staff. He treats then like idiots. He talks to them in disrespectful way, yelling to them and insulting them in front of customers. I have witnessed this going on for months. I know they take the abuse because they need the job. Times are hard. They deserve better.

I had a good experience here at this Wendy’s. I ordered a baked potato with sour cream and chives. I didn’t want the margarine since margarine is garbage. I asked for another sour cream and was able to get it. They were happy and helpful to me. I appreciate that!
In addition, I could have charged my phone if I had brought in my charger cord!

Been coming here for some time now for lunch. I really needed to write a review today. The food is always warm and fresh. The staff that works here is always pleasant and very speedy. I highly recommend this location to anyone near by that needs to grab a quick bite for lunch. Today without me even saying anything the girl changed out my fries for fresh ones. Thanks to the staff for all that they do. My lunch was good as usual and I truly appreciate the experience.

Always a good place for a burger, just off the highway.

Carter helped me with my order and was nothing but kind. He apologized for my order taking a little longer than usual but it was no problem. His service was outstanding!

I've currently only been there once, but if I'm in the neighborhood, I will be sure to return! I arrived after 5pm, and I got my bourbon bacon double cheeseburger amazingly quick. Very friendly service, and the fries were crispy. I love crispy fries which is not normal at most Wendy's restaurants.

The GM, the manager, they've got this store on point. The food is always fresh, french fries always hot and fresh too. I work around the corner and come here at various times and the fast, pleasant service with hot food never fails. Just proves that no matter what kind of business you have, if you have the right ppl you can thrive.

Went there tonight for a quick dinner and the young gentle man that took our order was great. He we very nice and friendly. He brought out 4 different toys for the kids meal and let my daughter choose which one she wanted. He made sure we were all set with everything. Need more people like him. Wish I got his name though to mention in this review.

Been coming to this location for years and lately it has consistently been spot on, the employees have been kind and patient with larger orders. Just wanted to recognize their ability to do their job well and be personable in the process.

Pointed out that there had been hsrdly any chicken in my salad. I was ordering again & wanted to be sure they did not forget it this time....without any discussion, aside from a sincere apology, the manager said there would be No charge!
I.do not remember complaining about food before, but I was so pleasantly surprised that I had been treated so well!

First time at a Wendy’s in at least 10 years. Placed a mobile order for a sandwich. Service was awesome, food was hot fresh and very good. They have a new customer very impressed

Kind, clear, friendly, and helpful staff. The dining room is open. The bathrooms are open. The food is good and the service was fast. No hassles. Highly recommended.

I order the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger 4 for 4 it was in the words of my son hitting, perfect place to go if you are on a budget for under 5 bucks you get a Burger, 4 Piece Chicken Nuggets, Fries, and a drink, you can't beat that deal!

I almost never eat fast food. But if I'm very hungry and there's no healthy alternative... I'll eat Wendy's. Tastes great, not sure about healthy. I can recommend...

Life saver.

Literally saved my life. One day as I went through the drive thru, someone rear ended my car so badly that I became unconscious. After a few minutes being knocked out, my food was ready. The wonderful smell of the fries hit me, and I woke up from my coma. Without the fast, fresh service of Wendy's, I would have forever stayed in a coma.

A five star Wendys!! Very generous and friendly staff. Food was delicious and no upset tummies! Not too far off the highway and open late so convenient on our trip!

Very friendly service. The place was quite inside while the drive through was wrapped around the building. Nice place to stop and grab a peaceful quick meal.
