Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was hot and really fresh. The breading was really crispy just the way I like it. Thank you for getting the food right the first time. The cashier was very friendly with a smile and patient with me as I didn't know what to order. The store was clean too.

Our order was fresh and very tasty! Huge crispy chicken on the sandwich! They were out all of the desserts but apple pies, but the apple pies were good! The staff were friendly. We ate in the dining room which was clean. I highly recommend!

New Manager - Tryone, everything was awesome, fresh and hot!! Employees were happy and laughing!!!

My spicy chicken tenders were HUGE, more like a huge filet!! Unbelievably good food at this location now!!

I do have to say , that since you walk through the door , you’re greeted, customer service is awesome and the food is on time and fresh , awesome customer service.

Best nuggets ever this is better than their extremely popular chicken sandwich he's nuggets hands down and more flavor to me than anything I've ever tasted that Popeyes. Get the nuggets!

This place in the past has been absolutely terrible, to the point we stopped ordering. But maybe twice a year we've gone back to see if it's gotten better. I am happy to say the new manager (I didn't catch her name) is doing a phenomenal job. She packed the whole order in front of me, going over everything once more to avoid missing items. She is really giving her best effort to take care of everyone. I watched another customer compliment her before I left and she was so gracious and thankful for the kindness. I hope she gets compensated well for the effort she's putting in!

Every time we go to this location we are taken care of. We drive past two other locations just to get to this one. They have the best service we have had in CT from Popeyes. Today they had some extra mashed potato’s and apple pies so they gave us them and it was so well appreciated.

They allow me to grab some great dinner by the Drive Thru Windows by me walking in♡♡ Thank you guys for making my layover by the BDL Airport wonderful!!

I have never been to Popeyes anywhere in the country and had a bad time. The staff is always friendly and on point with their service. The food has been consistently great as well (providing there is no supply chain issues). Wherever I am in the country, if available, I will ALWAYS choose to go to a Popeyes over any other fast-food restaurant.

Farah’s costumer service was awesome, speedy, and food was piping hot, Lobby and bathrooms were properly cleaned and stocked with everything I needed 10/10 would definitely return

Not a fan of Chicken. Tried their new Chicken Sandwich and it’s the best chicken I’ve ever had. Got the spicy, and it was just right. Not so hot that your mouth burns. A flavor filled spicy. The meat was white, very juicy and I totally get the hype! I got my usual order of mashed potatoes with gravy, that has meat in it! Popeyes is getting their long overdue recognition for extremely good food! I went at 10:00 pm and there was no line.

My fiancee and I absolutely LOVE this place. EXCELLENT service. Food is outstanding. Never have had an issue with Popeyes. We come here at times. The wait is some times long but it's well worth the wait. Other times the wait time is short. Depends on the day and time you go.

Sandwiches were both awesome. Spicy was better.

Absolutely great experience. While there was minimal staff, that staff made sure they had everything prepared and was on top of their game! We received quick and friendly service, and of course, the food was great!

They were short staffed but didn't sweat it. They each just got in and did prep and worked their tails off to get through the rush. They did a great job and the food was delishous. To the impatient Karens and Kens, next time assess a situation, if you don't have the patience and understanding of s team that are doing the best they can in a situation they couldn't control... Either go elsewhere or stay home and do it yourself.

Workers were very kind and polite. Food was very good and fresh. Loved the customer service and I will be planning on stopping by again for another one of those delicious chicken sandwiches again.

For fast food it isnt that bad

This is actually a well run Popeyes during the lunch weekday shift. Food orders are still a bit off sometimes but they'll fix it.
