I am very happy with their service. I brought my dog to the vet clinic. She needed her distemper shot in blood work together heartworm pill. The vet and the assistant were above and beyond excellent. Play answered all my questions they were just fantastic I highly recommend that call vet clinic at Petco it's well worth it cheaper than a vet.

My mother is great at grooming anyones doggo. She has years of experience in the grooming salon. She is patient, and understanding to the owners and their pets. You go to her for your pet to look spiffy all the time! :)

There are good employees at the store in Windsor and they just make the experience better.

When I brought in my 3 month old guinea pig I purchased from the Windsor petco a few weeks later he developed an upper respiratory infection. Piggy smallz had to be treated for 14 days it killed me being away from him. I just wanna give a big thank you from me and piggy smallz for the staff and especially Jennifer and Kait for taking such great care of my piggy and treating him and dealing with me calling to check up on him along with visiting him. They were very very kind understanding and helpful during his recovery. I am so happy to have him home but I was very relieved he was in great hands while he was having his treatment thank you guys again so much piggy smallz (grey and white guinea pig) says thank you guys so much❤

The FreshPet food flavor that I buy my dog was not available. I bought another flavor but my dog would not eat it. I was so happy that I was able to return it :) I asked to hold a guinea pig and was able to do that and really enjoyed it. Everyone I encountered at the Windsor, CT store was so kind and helpful on both days that I visited. They were awesome :)

Cadbury was groomed at the Windsor store and came home looking and smelling great. They did an excellent job.

I usually go to the Enfield, Ct store but sometimes I will go to the one in windsor. Both of them are nice and clean and easy to find what I'm looking for. I have never had a problem with any of the cashiers, they've all been very friendly

Excellent set up here. Everything is easy to find in the departments. Great selection of reptile foods, supplies, etc.

Took my 3 years old Shih Tzu Chanel to Petco on 06/23/2023 for a grooming the staff did an excellent job on her and they were very knowledgeable I was truly impressed with the overall experience. Awesome job Petco will definitely be going back and referring Petco to all my friends and family. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great place Henri is so nice and great with my dog who is very timid amongst ppl she doesn't know. She went rite to Henri and loved her experience with him! Highly recommend Petco in Windsor

I had an awesome experience the store manager was excellent and very helpful. The cashier was friendly and help me with my needs. Will definitely be shopping there again and will also refer others.

Jennifer was very helpful with explaining the betta fish instructions to me and helping me find a substitute food for my dog . If i could give a rating for tom it would be a -5 he was just rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered at all I said excuse me in the aisle to get his attention and he walked away from me twice which is just unprofessional as a manager if you ask me.

I was in search for wet cat food. I had received an email with the 25% off on a specific brand which I like actually the cats like haha. So between the 25% off coupon and I had a $5 coupon from buying dog food it was a good deal

We routinely use Petco mostly for nail care and occasional grooming, but this time was crucial as (dog) had been SKUNKED and reeked. Despite having twice warned that they might not "get it all out," the result was outstanding with only a little shampoo perfume aroma leftover. The skunk odor was gone!

The Windsor store is by far my favorite Petco in the area. I went when I first got my cat a year ago and WOW it has really changed. The new manager John was so helpful and under his management the store has really transformed. I never have an issue finding what I need, the staff are friendly, the store is clean and the animal habitats are spotless. The associate at the front was helpful with my large number of price matches and was friendly. Overall I have nothing but good words for this location and will be making this my main store while I live in this area.

When i asked for assistance to get a crested gecko i was helped by a employee that had one already and told me what i should and shouldnt get. So helpful. I had a good idea about them but she helped so much more. I had also gotten a leopard gecko there years ago and back then they were fantastic. Great place to get a gecko. (Windsor)

The store is very well organized and the sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that often times, when I go on a Sunday morning, there is only one person in the store. They are stocking shelves, feeding animals, and people have to search for them to ring them out at the front.

I love having a Petco store right in town! They're always helpful and friendly. Quality and all natural pet foods abound on the shelves as well as an array of pet supplies. It's such a convenience having a pet store nearby. I like to shop there and avoid the online shopping deals that try to trick me into leaving my local pet store. I would never want the local 'brick and mortar' pet shops to go away. It's too important to me to have them near, not to mention their prices are always a deal! I really mean that!
