Food was bad, but the service was good...ish
The guy at front counter was chill and nice!
They got my drink wrong and sandwich was filled with ketchup, too much... Then again its fast food thats why I either set my standards low or just dont go...
Anyone that complains about fast food is just not that bright...

This Wendy's in WL is really doing a great job! There is a gentleman there...don't know if he is a franchise Owner or Manager...who is just awesome!!!! Orders get fulfilled quickly & are still hot. The employees seem to like & respect him which transforms into great performance & service with a smile! So refreshing and greatly appreciated!! Keep up the good work and Thank you all!! A Happy Customer.

I have never been yo this location without a 10-15 wait even though I order ahead, online.

This time was most memorable after the 10 min wait, they made it wrong do I had to go back. Another wait. Shorter.

It seems everytime I order here. Then show up, it's like a big surprise to anyone I'm here.

Like I never ordered, they never got it. You name it.

Food is Always Fresh and Good. I feel for all these fast food workers due to the pandemic, these restaurants all seem short staffed, yet most employees are friendly and with a give you service with a smile. So I give them a lot of credit

I drove through at midnight and got some fries with ghost pepper ranch. Delicious and fresh as usual. Service is nice and quick.

They really work like a team behind the counter. Courteous to customers as well as each other!
Short ticket times. I had the apple pecan salad which is always good - even though my true love is the Baconator!

Kyle was really sweet. I'm doing a Vegan Challenge & she made the Strawberry & Mango Salad without the chicken & feta for me. That's Awesome Service!

Everytime you come here expect to wait 5~10 mins in drive through, besides that the food is good for the price and the nuggets are better than Burger King and McDonald's. The price is on par with other fast food restaurants so no complaint there. Best thing there is the nuggies.

There are super friendly a lot of the staff are so funny and it’s really a nice experience going there. One person that sticks out is Dave I’m gonna end up calling corporate and letting them know how nice everyone is there great staff keep up the good work

I gave them way too many stars; they only deserved a 3 . . . The Bacon at or that I got was Luke warm & dry. Looks smaller than before & just not as good as I remember, all the tables were dirty also!

The workers that are there today 11/25/2019 are a great help, I didnt know what I wanted and they help me out with that... sorry I didnt get ur names. The guy that got me my soda was very nice . Thanks guys

Always like Wendy's. Had baked potato, Junior bacon cheeseburger and senior drink. Fast service, place is clean, employees efficient and happy.

Quick convenient lunch close to Bradley Airport. The chicken salad options are a decent alternative to burgers or chicken sandwich.
