The staff here were so kind, I've never met nicer staff at a fast food restaurant. And the Baja's were hitting as always.

Used the drive thru to order a burrito bowl and the wife a quesadilla. Both were excellent. We had just deplaned at Bradley International Airport and were starving.

The service was great! The food was prepared well! And the mobile ordering process was seamless.

While there the staff even noticed someone waiting at the front for an order and double checked to make sure everything was ok. Turns out the ordering kiosk process wasn't completed fully. They apologized for the issue and started the order this customer had been waiting on. Within 40 seconds, the customer had their food.

Again great staff and great food.!

The prices are higher than most but it's near an airport. I usually expect higher prices near airports.

Staff was on point. Positive attitude, clean dining room. Nobody looked like they hated life. They thanked me for coming in! The order was correct! The service was timely. THANK YOU HARDWORKING CREW. THANKS to Whoever stepped up here to preserve this location from slipping into poor service, thank you as well. OWNER: pay your people well, give them good leadership and strive for good service at a fair price. I had given up in taco bell until this visit. Keep it up

I usually dread going to Taco Bell but with my allergies, it’s the only fast food option I have later in the night. I’m astounded by how pleasant my experience at this location was! It was fast, accurate, and the lovely lady that helped me brightened my entire day and I left speechless. Even the food tasted better than most other locations around the country!

Let's Taco Bell is a really awesome Taco Bell the staff are really friendly if there's a problem they promptly let you know what's going on with your food and I had just tried the breakfast menu for the first time a couple of days ago and I have to say it's honestly better than the original menu in my opinion I still love their tacos and burritos for lunch and dinner but they're breakfast stuff is on point.

Easily the best taco bell I've been to.

I mean it’s a Taco Bell… not much to say, but I will mention that when I order a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito it’s a 50/50 if it will be mixed well, and the only time I ordered it at this location it was made perfectly!

Prices going up, even here sadly. Staff was good, kiosk ordering was easy, had a few items out of stock. Got lunch here on the way home, very happy that I could take a break here.

Only thing I don't like when they change the numbers on the menu at drive thru. I like something by number I order the same and quick, numbers changing makes it longer to order.

Very clean, Friendly atmosphere

I have been going to this Taco Bell for years, and it always tastes amazing. The service is quick and the employees respectful. I went on my birthday, and they even gave me a coupon for a free taco, best day ever!

I do a lot of night shift driving private car pool so I tend to come here more often (lately) and I just have to say the service is very nice and the food is always heated hot and my food taste fresh!! I dig it. Thank you for polite service.

Everything that we ordered on the taco bell app was made perfect and was fresh and hot. It tasted great.

Great, clean, fast, courteous, order was right. Everything came out pipin hot. It was great. Newly remodeled. Only negative was the a.c. was up so high couldnt really enjoy our food.

Always good service here. Everytime I'm in the area and come in to get some taco bell these fine employees are always fast and precise when it comes to delivering your order.
